Maple bacon, avocado or salmon a top an english muffin or homemade buttermilk biscuit (add on), two poached eggs drizzled with homemade hollandaise sauce. Choice of organic maple drizzled side salad or rosemary potato wedges.

Our famous side salad but larger with some added toppings! Mixed organic greens sprinkled with blueberries, pomegranate seeds, raspberries, strawberries, goat cheese, pumpkin seeds and almonds. Two thick slices of french bread toasted in the oven, topped with over easy eggs, bruschetta, brie cheese, and drizzled with a balsamic reduction. Choice of a maple drizzle side salad or rosemary potato wedges.
Lemon Blueberry Pancakes
Three fluffy stacked pancakes full of fresh blueberries and squeezed lemon/zest accompanied with real whipped cream and Canadian maple syrup.
Croissant Breakfast
Over warm croissant filled with scrambled eggs and chives, maple bacon, brie, guacamole, and a cherry tomato balsamic butter reduction! Choice of a maple drizzle side salad or potato wedges.
Belgian Waffle
A homemade buttermilk waffle served with fresh fruit, real maple syrup, and whipped cream. Add maple bacon or apple sausage as a side!
Whipped Vanilla Greek Yogurt Parfait
Whipped low-fat Greek vanilla yogurt topped with gluten free almond granola, fresh fruit and berries, seeds, nuts, and sprinkled with coconut and drizzled with real maple syrup.
Fresh Fruit Crepe
A thin golden crepe spread with a generous layer of Nutella or custard, decorated with fresh fruit and sprinkled with coconut. Served with whipped cream.

Enjoyed a delicious breakfast, service was a bit slow but well worth the wait. Lots of different options available for the savoury smackers or sweet to others. Wished there was more pancake with eggs options!

We came for a bite to eat and were pleasantly surprised with the best eggs benny, and an even more incredible salad, delicious greens with fresh fruit, very delicious! A very cute spot with great service. Stop by if you’re ever in the mood for a yummy breakfast or sweet treat :)

Such a cute spot with exceptional food! A little hidden gem in the city. We tried for different four different dishes and everybody loved everything. My favourite was the sweet and savoury.
