Jenn was the best server I could ever ask for, her service was quick and efficient while being very enjoyable. The food was absolutely amazing. We and my pals cleaned the ribs in 5 minutes flat! Whole being insanely delicious!

Girlfriend and I both ordered 7oz steak meals, hers with baked potato mine with fries, meals arrived both with fries, wasn't our waiter who brought food, but he quickly checked on us and was quick to apologize and bring a baked potato. My meal was mostly okay but when she cut into her steak it was vastly undercooked to her request. It still looked somewhat editable without making a big deal so I switched steaks with her, but when I got through about 1/3 of the steak it was raw. Completely uncooked in the middle still cold, it's like it wasn't on the grill at all. We ended up saying something as it was entirely a waste of money and food, the waiter brought a supervisor over who offered compensation. I guess it went as good as a bad situation could. But I still feel like I spent $60 for fries.

Amazing place to go with the family and frienda. The food is great, with good portions. Service is excellent, and so is the atmosphere.This was a free meal, as I had the chance to spend my Scene points.Kid-friendliness: Available kids menu, which includes entree, drink and a desert/snack.

Being seated was prompt, table was elbow touching with the next table who had been waiting “extra long” and complained loudly the entire time Food took long but expected the Saturday of March break

Had a table of 6, half of the table had their meals before the starters even came out. The food was meh, not hot by the time we got it. We had a very small table that wasnt fitting for 6 people even though it was reserved ahead of time. Extremely disappointed.

The service was absolutely terrible. I understand it was a busy evening, however we were approached once for our drinks and order. An hour later I asked to speak with the manager because we still hadn't received our food nor had we been approached by the waiter with any update or if we needed more drinks. Manager came and spoke with us and apologized and said he would take care of it at the end of the meal. We received a whole $2.52 off our meals. I will never visit this location again.

One of my favorite chain restaurants. The servers are always very friendly and helpful with recommening alternatives due to dietary restrictions.
