We had a lumberjack pizza. There was nothing lumberjack about it. Not enough sauce, cheese, and lacking meat. Very skimpy.

Me and my boyfriend went to morris east tonight and it was amazing, we got the whipped cheese dip which is one of our favourites. Our server Jess was really inviting and attentive and suggested to us the delicatessen pizza and it is now one of our new favourites! Great place and amazing service by Jess, definitely will be returning.

I feel like I've wasted money here several times. Once, on a date in the restaurant, I ordered a baked brie with nuts. The menu didn't list any additional ingredients. When it was brought to our table, it was covered in berries I am allergic to. I asked for a replacement due to my allergy and their exclusion of sensitive ingredients but was charged for two orders of a baked brie-- around $20 each. Tonight I picked up a pizza from them, which I have had many times before, and the pizza is very noticeably smaller than their pizzas usually are, for the same price. Great food but ultimately a bit of a gamble when it comes to value.

Some of the best pizza I have had in the city. The lumberjack got the thumbs up from those around the table. Service was excellent. Atmosphere had a clean industrial feel that suited the dining experience. We sat close to the kitchen where you could see that the chefs here really enjoy their work, and that they get along much as good friends would.

The interior is so nice, so simple and sleek but so comforting. I got the cheese bread and cheese pizza. Both were really good, but I would recommend to get the cheese bread for sure, make sure to put some of their chili infused oil. Their house chili oil was so tasty, so subtle but powerful in its own way.

We wound up here after an event with 3 kids and 3 adults. Everyone was very happy and full when we were done. The staff was so friendly and the vibe is relaxing and comfortable, but classy. I liked it so much K went back the next week with a friend for dinner and a couple of drinks.
Between the 2 visits we tried a few different pizzas, appetizers, cocktails, and salads. It was all delicious. My favourite is the Delicatessen Pizza. Oh my.

Listen, I don’t know what kind of ancient wizardry is happening in the Morris East kitchen, but I’m 97% sure they have a pizza-shaman back there casting spells on the dough. I took one bite, and suddenly, my taxes were done, my skin cleared up, and I remembered where I left my AirPods.

The crust? So crispy and perfect, I heard it whisper sweet nothings as I chewed. The cheese? Melted into a gooey masterpiece that made me reevaluate all my past life decisions. The toppings? Let’s just say, if pizza were a love language, Morris East would be Shakespeare.

I blacked out mid-meal and woke up hugging the pizza box, whispering, “I love you” under my breath. If this pizza were a person, I’d marry it. If it ran for office, I’d vote for it twice. If I ever get lost in the woods, I trust that a Morris East delivery driver will find me before the search party does.

In summary: 12/10. Will be back. Might move in.

Almost 30 dollars for a 12 inch pizza. These people are insane.

Went in this evening for birthday cocktails and snacks for a pal and we had the loveliest time! We arrived early, took away a guest only to add them back in and everyone was so gracious and accommodating. Our server, Laura, made fantastic recommendations and was so patient with our excited scatteredness. Great food, great space and great service. Will be back!! Thank you so much!!!
