Had the roasted mushroom pizza, it was delicious! Thin crust with lots of cheese and garlic-y mushrooms. Crust was wood fired but chewy and not charred. Would definitely recommend trying it, I will for sure eat it again.

When this place first opened, thought it was great! Having grown up in Chicago, where pizza is king, it was not bad. I had not been there in a while, until today. I was meandering around waiting for my tires to be changed, so I bought pizzas to take home along with a spinach salad. The man behind the counter was nice, but I noticed that they had plastic bins of salad from the grocery stores. The spinach salad had yellow leaves , there were also giant pieces of radishes all over the top of the salad and they were all brown - I had to throw the whole thing out. The pizza was not that great.. I spent a lot of $$, will not go there again. I remember when it was crowded, not one person in there today. I was greatly disappointed! Are the original owners still managing it?

One of my favourite pizza spots in Halifax! Dough is nice and fluffy and their pizzas are just perfect. Very friendly service as well !

Been going past here for years. Finally had a chance to drop in. Somewhat randomly picked the "White" pizza from the menu. Thinking it is a bechamel/mushroom variation. It is not. Still it was enjoyable. Mother's stands out from yeah yeah's or Sal's with a very distinctive crust. Not thin, not thick. But very good. Just the right amount of crunch and rigidity. Service was quick. The atmosphere is forgettable. I'll try it again when I need a change. Lots of options on the menu.

You can notice they are short of staff, but that doesn't mean the guys won't strive to provide you with a good pizza and a good service.Everything was really good.

terrible. awful smell, service and vibe. we popped in for lunch since the other pizza place was packed and we should've known by the empty restaurant that we were not going to be impressed. We waited around for 15 mins in the terrible smell until we just said Nevermind and left.

Great pizza! It’s more “artisan” than regular drunk sloppy pizza, so it depends what you’re in the mood for.

Very pleasant little pizza place. The food was good and they have a unique selection of toppings and specialty pizzas. The staff was nice and patient and the pizzas were made in a timely manner despite it being quite busy when I went

The staff was incredibly friendly! The pizza was pretty good. It was different with the garlic mushrooms. I was the only one dining in but there was a ton of take out orders. It was nice to be able to see the pizza cooking in the oven. Price was reasonable as well.
