Moxies Nova Centre Restaurant

First time - exceeded expectations. Much better than most chains, Excellent meals- tasty , seasoned and prepared perfectly; attentive - helpful service . Bit noisy . I will definitely return .

We enjoyed our supper at Moxies. Some pasta and a tenderloin steak, wine and two great desserts. It's a lively place, clearly poplar, and the waitress was attentive, professional and friendly. Fair market pricing. Overall a place worth another visit to try other menu items.

We were a table of 6 and every one of us enjoyed our meals! Even the three fussy ones! 😜 The cob salad was a stand out with the beautiful presentation! I always HAVE to order the Tuna Poke bowl because it is absolutely delicious. I tried the coconut margarita and I can't stop thinking about it. So unique. We had great service from start to finish too.

Food and service were good. Location was awesome and the vibes in the restaurant were nice.

This Moxies is a reliable and tasty place to go in the downtown core. It manages to shake off its potential 'chain restaurant' vibe through great service and solid culinary offerings. ALSO, it's SO convenient for pre or post show dining when taking in a show at Neptune. Bravo, Moxies friends.

The food was incredible. We got the set Valentine's Day menu, and each item we got just got better and better! The server was so friendly, and always quick to notice when a drink needed a refill. 10/10 will be back!

Great service. Everything was served promptly. And very friendly. Food was excellent. Highly recommend the New York Strip.

So we go to Moxie‘s in Bayers Lake and Kelowna all of the time and always have a fabulous meal with fabulous service. In fact, Moxies is one of my family's favourite restaurants to go to because of the service and the fact that my vegan sister and her husband are able to eat there as well. Last night we had a waitress who I'm sure did not know what she was doing. I had to repeat myself and repeat myself. I got my appetizer which was the salmon tartar and it came with these tasteless Styrofoam tasting shrimp things that were absolutely horrible. My husband had the chicken appetizer and the tortilla things that came with. It were too spicy to even eat. The best thing we had to eat was our dry ribs. The problem is that when I ordered them, I told her we would need lots of lemon and when she brought them, she did not bring extra lemon. I then had to ask about five times for extra lemon. She did not understand the concept of putting lemon on them. Paragraph we were not even finished the ribs and they brought our other appetizers, pushing them in front of what we were already eating. I ended up sending the salmon back as I just couldn't stomach eating the Styrofoam things. . They had only just brought my second appetizer when they came with both of our steaks. And I gave her a look and she said oh we'll put them under the warmer and I said. So the manager was there and she told them to take them back and they would remake them. I think maybe they remade the steaks but when our meals came our vegetables undercooked and the mushroom sauce over my steak was just lukewarm. The best part was the steak. It was cooked perfectly. This has put a really bad taste in our mouth for Moxies, but we will quickly have to go to Bayers Lake to assure ourselves that Moxies really does have good food. It's too bad. It was New Year's Eve and ruined our whole evening. They did play us with some free wine and beer. 

The food was crazy tasty, and I liked the fact that they close late (unlike other restaurants)

Fantastic food and drinks here. The breadcrumbed ribs. The salmon, truffle fries and cocktails were all absolutely spot on. I'll be eating here regularly. 10/10.
Staff were all polite and amazing.
Some might say the price is high for certain dishes but you get what you pay for. No complaints from me and the team 😎

The service was second to none, stellar in fact. My selection of the Miso Ramen unfortunately was much less than stellar. I found the noodles to have the consistency paste, they were quite tasteless except that the residual could only be described as unpleasant. Did not finish the meal. However, am open to visit again but definitely make another menu selection. On the plus side, dessert made up for it. Large portion and delicious.

adult food was great. and kids hamburger and fries were ok (fries were cold) and the cheese pizza was underdone for sure! but they were very busy
