Went for lunch today and had the Pho and the "Banh Mi" (meat bread). The good: The broth of the Pho is easily the best in HRM, great flavour and mouth feel and you can actually see some liquid fat floating there. We tried 3 nights to get together with friends here but something always came up! We finally made it tonight and it was so worth the wait! The food is amazing - fresh and so so delicious. A new favourite for sure. Support local restaurants and check it out!
Here for the first time, and had an excellent pho for lunch. Delicious broth, slightly sweeter than some others I have had, and very fragrant. The meat was flavourful and melt-in-the-mouth. Wonderful crushed chilli oil to add to it. Rice paper roll was also very good, with a tasty coconut/soy dipping sauce (also different from the usual). Very friendly and accommodating service.
