The food is always great and the portions are large, staff are friendly and accurate but the place/ restaurant itself is not very warm and welcoming. I miss the great buffet this place had a few years back.

Ordered dinner from this restaurant, everything in the city is closed for the snow storm, but they were open! Not only were they open, but the food was delivered in 22 minutes! Absolutely amazing.The portions are great, it tastes amazing, and the service was amazing as well. Such kind people.Thank you for the lovely experience, and the lovely dinner.(Photo was taken when I finished eating. Forgot to take a photo when the food arrived, oops.)

I get delivery from here. BEST Chinese in Spryfield. Excellent flavor. Speedy delivery. Egg rolls are sooo good! Wonton soup is quite good. Best sweet & sour chicken balls Ive ever eaten!Definately 5 ?

New King Wah is definitely our go to for Wonton Soup when just feeling a yummy soup on a cold day, best I have had in the city. I always pick it up and the staff are so pleasant.

I placed my order over the phone for combination plates.

The order was delivered and we paid with debit.
When we opened the order it was short the combination plate #10.
I called right away and told the girl that they didn’t send our complete order.
She literally argued with me telling me that it wasn’t her mistake and that I didn’t order it. Everyone in my house hold clearly heard me order everything.
I “CLEARLY” told her that we have three people here!! That is why we ordered three combination plates.
After arguing she told me that she would send the #10. I asked her how long and she said 35-40 minutes.
I specifically said…… you messed up my order and now we have to wait 35-40 minutes for our complete order since you messed up.
The last combination plate # 10 came and we were charged full price for it! No apology! No discount!!!! Nothing for our major inconvenience.
After paying the delivery driver (because it wasn’t his fault) I called the restaurant back and told them how unhappy I was with the lack of customer service that was given.
AGAIN!!!!!! All the girl did was argue with me on the phone. She was speaking over me and not giving me a chance to talk. I asked to speak with the manager and she said……. They are busy! They will call you back. Well…….. it’s 12:25 am and they didn’t call me back.
This is the 3rd mixup that happened since this girl has been taking orders at your restaurant and she NEVER!!!!!! takes accountability for her mistakes!!!
I have been a long time customer at your restaurant (we order often) But I can tell you this!!! If this is the service that I am going to get at your business I will take my business elsewhere.
You really need to train your staff on how to treat a customer.
Remember this! The best form or worse form of advertisement is by word of mouth.

horrible customer service. ordered food for delivery, was told 40 mins. after over a hour, I call. she says they can't get a hold of their delivery person for over 45 mins, could I pick it up..the food that's been sitting on the counter, not in a holding unit...but they never once called me to ask if I could pick up while it was fresh
