This is our first visit here and we are impressed. Fantastic food and portions for a very reasonable price, great atmosphere and very clean, even has great tasting water! Highly recommend.

We had read the reviews, and wanted to see about this place .most of the views were negative. We got to say ,most of the people who wrote bad reviews. Don't know food.Everything that we had ordered was outstanding, and our waiter was fantastic.

We visited in-between lunch and dinner, so the place is empty. Simple decor and I kinda like the subdued piano music which is incongruous for this place. Our Tako Yaki arrives and it's 10% octopus bits and 90% soggy (undercooked) coating. We eat it anyways rather than take it up with our indifferent waitress. Very obvious she'd rather be somewhere else, major stony face.Don't recommend this dish.We ordered the Miso Ramen w chicken and Hokkaido ramen. Very big portions, flavorful (mega salty) but much better execution and value with these dishes.A decent place saved by their ramen.

The price in the menu is not updated. Also, there was a missing ingredient in my soup ? ?

The food is very disappointing! Broth is way too salty! I got the miss saigon while my friends got the beef and pork ramen, all are too salty! Comfort food turned to nightmare☹️

Actually we Skipped the dishes with this Restaurant Try. It was a horrible experience ! We ordered pricey meals which were more bean sprouts than noodles! That seems to be what they consider "vegetables" I didn t even find ONE green onion slice? only was bean sprouts, shredded carrots, canned corn niblets?! NOT what I expected as Thai vegetables! Will not be a repeat customer. Sorry.

Really tasty! A handful of vegan friendly options, between appetizers and noodle dishes. Lovely staff, very cozy inside, and the food was delicious ??

I was not happy woth the noodles they were over cooked and extremely greasy with little to no flavor. Unfortunately for 20$ i will not be getting this again especially for the size of the portions and after the greasy mess we had there no

Wait staff: Friendly, helpful, and cheerfulFood was warm, flavorful, and very satisfying. I can't stop thinking about those delicious sesame balls with red bean paste! Warm & soft, with beautifully crisp sesame seeds coating the surface, and a delicious, gently sweet red bean paste inside. ?✨Seating: Bench tables, and tables with chairs.Free Wi-fi; clean unisex, individual washroom.

Vegetarian options: My family of four are all vegetarian/vegan, and it was easy to request that they leave out any animal ingredients.

Dietary restrictions: I have sensitivities/allergies to gluten, corn & corn products, meat, and eggs. They readily accommodated my request for a rice noodle substitution, very accommodating.

Worst dining experience of 2022. Food served looked nothing like the menu photos or photos from other reviews on the internet. There were 5 of us 2 adults and 3 teens . No one enjoyed any of the menu items which were overwhelmed by an odd flavour. The beef ramen had 2 or 3 thin slices of beef not the ample serving we had seen in pictures. The fried chicken appetizer was undercooked. My wife took one or two bites of her tonkatsu ramen and pushed it aside. We told the waitress that the food was very off putting and not good. She came back and told us the cooks said they did everything right. We paid full price . They did not offer a refund or a discount on the horrible food. Will never return to this chain again.

Food wasn't even close to the pictures in the menu or internet and our Ramen with beef slices had 2-3 measly thin slices not the thick ample serving. Pictured ingredients were missing and broth colors totally off. Worst of all was that the dishes had a totally unsavoury flavor that overwhelmed the whole dish something akin to shoe leather mixed with rotten ginger. My companion's tonkatsu ramen was left uneaten after two bites . I'm still suffering from the aftertaste of the broth 2 hours later. My daughters chicken appetizer was undercooked. No one could finish these horrible offerings. I told the waitress the dishes were off putting and not at all good. She informed the cooks who said they had done everything right. No discount or refund was offered We paid full price. Felt like warning those entering the restaurant it was so bad. Won't ever return.

Ordered 3 dishes;1. Pho with beef - Broth was too salty for me. Lack of sweetness. If i can add some sugar it must be better (2 of 5)2. Tonkatsu Ramen - Not too bad. But, adding bean sprouts in ramen is not the original ramen. Chashu (pork belly) was not tender (3 of 5).3. Cantonese Pride with beef - I like it the most out of 3 dishes i ordered. Beef was tender since it was fermented. However, too few pieces in dish (4 of 5).Overall portions is good for $14-16 per dish. Service is good. But the Restuarant looks like fast food. No beautiful decorations. Just eat & go.
