I decided one day for lunch to try this place…
I ordered a shawarma poutine, figured couldn’t be too bad… it was not great.
The chicken was SUPER lemony, no cheese curds (which is fine), but the fries were not crispy. I ate it, but I don’t love it.
Now for the service… wow… I walked up and the two owners (I assume) were arguing, the man was eating a sandwhich, their cook was looking ready for a break… the lady wanted me to hurry up, I could barely hear her through the plastic wall… so I had no clue how much I paid. That wasn’t the part I found the worst thing about the place…
The excessive number of signs, the plastic wall, the complete lack of direction, the fact the tables infront of the place are all labeled in big angry letters “customers only”… your place is in an office complex, some places have no where for people to eat, and your sending a “go away” sign immediately.
I also found the kitchen stove sitting in their main service area off putting, if you wanna look professional… that’s not it.
The vibe is just bad! The food is meh, and the service leaves a lot to be desired.

Tony is the nicest man you'd ever meet. As someone who has worked in this mall for a decade, I know that I will always get a warm experience. My favorite item is their breakfast pita, which has scrambled egg, bacon, lettuce, tomato, mayo, and can add cheese. It's perfect for an easy breakfast that will hold you over til lunch. Sometimes I grab an afternoon snack here, which may be a Nanaimo bar, peanut butter cookie, etc. I haven't tried their pizza slices yet, but heard they are decent! Please support this lovely family if you can. (FYI I am not family or friends, trying to push reviews).
Tried chicken shawarma today. Chicken was very less and wrap was not good at all. Service was very bad towards customer especially the owner.when we ask about something about menu she seems not interested in clarifying .not going there anymore..

Great place to have breakfast or lunch. There is very good value for money, the chicken burger in particular is very good. And the service is awesome! Claire & Tony are adorable, they really care about the customer, it’s super warm.

Walked 40 minutes to try the place and it closed early for the day. No indication online of shorted hours, just a waste of our time.

Fast service and yummy food. Prices on par with Tim Hortons but better tasting and more bang for your buck.

Nour's Cafe and grill was recommended to me as i was in the area. And i was not disappointed. Friendly service. They have a speaker set up to hear each other properly. I got Nour's bagel (jalapeño and cheese) with egg, lettuce tomato. It was cut in half (didn't even ask for it ) tasty, grilled, and still warm. And bc i was still hungry, i got a small portion of their fries. MIAM! The spice they put on the fries are amazing. It adds more flavor. I would just decrease the amount of salt. The spices are enough, in my opinion. The portion was quite generous for small size. The only reason I'm not giving a full 5 stars is the salt, and limited payment options: debit or cash.It was a positive experience overall. Thank you!
