Wine by the glass barely drinkable, they used to have good Bordeaux etc but now it’s basically bulk wine
We really enjoy this wine bar. The sommelier selected great wines, the food was so so delicious and the service was great. Make sure you go to this wine bar. Amazing.

Loved our evening at Obladee! We came during the jazz festival so the live music was fantastic, our server was attentive and very friendly, and the wine selection was wonderful. The portions were a little smaller than expected but I really enjoyed the summer salad and charcuterie.

Lovely little spot in town. Had three small plates and a couple of carafes of wine while listening to live jazz on a nice summer evening

Amazing wine list & a great vibe for a date night or girls catch up date. We didn’t have any food but other diners were enjoying all the food options. Recommend a reservation

Great wine bar and restaurant recommended to us by curated food tours, I had the gnocchi which were absolutely spot on, it's one of my favourite childhood dishes, there is an excellent choice of wine by the glass we had the white Rioja.
It would have been 5 starts as the services as very good, the noise level was fine initially however the music was turned up twice, restaurants and bars are social places were people come to talk, music is fine it's just the level. I would go back

Was out for a girls' night and wanted to do something a bit different - went to Obladee, which is not our norm atmosphere, but enjoy it regardless. However, the prices for their items were surprisingly high for what was received.

Warm, welcoming place. One of a kind in Halifax
Stopped in for a glass of wine with friends to get the evening started. They have wine flights which is the perfect way to try a few wines and see what you like. The atmosphere is cozy and moody, and feels nicely tucked away despite being on a busy street corner.
What a lovely little place The wine selection was delightful, very rarely do I find copper wines. Food was fresh and beautifully presented. The ombionce with live jazz music made it that much more enjoyable , though not great for conversation when playing and tighter spaces .
Really cozy spot with a great selection of wines. Great location, too.
While I've not eaten here. I have purchased several wine and cheese boxes and they are great. Very well put together, they make a wonderful gift
