We came here to celebrate Valentine's Day together, we don't usually get to leave the house without our three kids, so we were really looking forward to enjoying a nice meal together for date night. When we arrived we were greeted by a hostess who had seen our reservation earlier but knew it was removed for the system due to seeding rearrangements. Another hostess came over to help, and when the original hostess made comments about seeing the reservation and that it had changed, she aggressively told her she already knew and didn't need her help in looking. Of course there were more words in that, but we were shocked that as first-time customers walking into the restaurant, that was what we were welcoming with. She let us know. She had to clean a table to make room for us, which was odd because there were plenty of open tables. After being set. We were greeted by our server who didn't let us know her name and was quick to leave before we finished sentences. I asked for water. 20 minutes later. She came back without water and took our drink and food order. 10 minutes after that, 30 minutes in total, she came back with our drinks without water. She went back and got the water right away. An hour after being seated our appetizer arrived, we had forgotten we even ordered one. An hour and 20 minutes total went by from being seated. When we finally got our food. I had noticed that two other couples that came in had been served their food, pay their bills, and we're already out the door before we were. Oddly enough one of the couples before us ordered the exact same thing we did... Except it wasn't odd at all. When our food finally did arrive, my husband's Burger was burnt, and my burger wasn't even the one I ordered. Our order had gone to the other couple. Unfortunately I'm running out of room to finish review. I have much more to say. But the most important thing is, is that the person who torp off of the other hostess in the beginning, was the manager. Avoid this place.

Food was ok. You forget its a "pub" as it kind of presents as a little higher level thus the expectation is maybe too high. The sun was glaring in our eyes for the first 20 minutes with no options to change tables. They perhaps should have blinds for that time of day. Service was very good. Super friendly.

Food was good. Loved the pasta with shrimps especially. The sauce was amazing. Found the breadsticks too hard to eat but overall a good meal and service and we would go back again. Thank you

Food was terrific really. I was quite surprised but I'd absolutely eat there again. Service was a little slow but honestly I think they were just understaffed vs anythign else. My biggest complaint is really the lack of any real personality to the place. It could just as easily be a diner. The place isn't overly warm of have any realy theme or personality. It's fairly cheaply decordated with not much for ambiance. But, as I said, we were all pretty happy with the food with someone saying "I could eat this for days"

Orso delivers big. Phenomenal back ribs. Pizza and guacamole stuffed onion rings addictive. Cozy location, excellent service. Lava cake was the perfect end!

Orso Pub & Grill delivers fantastic pub fare! The guacamole stuffed onion rings were an absolute standout – crispy and flavorful. Loved the juicy burger with bacon and homemade BBQ sauce. Cozy spot at the base of Citadel Hill with friendly service and great craft beers. A downtown must-try!

Service was also just okay. Someone in our group (of 7) had their meal mixed up and it took a very long time for it to be replaced (we'd all finished eating before she received her main)....and it wasn't comped.
I believe in second chances so I'd give this place another chance and I don't discourage anyone from trying it. I just wanted to be honest about our experience.

The most common way that the government is going is to use one of its most powerful weapons and the other to the benefit of its people to make it work for them to make the country a more democratic and democratic place in the future than the other two major parties have ever seen in their entire political history in the past two years and it would have a very different outcome for them to have to be able and able for themselves and to have a chance at the election in the next two weeks if I think they want it to happen and it is a good way for the way for the future and a good way that they can do that to the country to do so I don't think it will happen again I just hope it will happen in time to see how the world will change the government will do that is that will happen again because the government is the best thing to the government will be a very important things that is a good idea I thought it is the government has been the most popular thing that is not the only way forward and I don't want you have to go ahead with this government is a great day to get a chance to get out there are some people have been to do it was the best thing you have a great job I don't think that means you have been to a place in your life and that was good enough for you I don't have any more money I just have to go back to the house I just want to make a good man to do that for you and you can y know what I'm talking about and I'm just saying that I want a chance to make you a better one and you have a good time so you can be there for me I just want a good luck and you can be with your friends but you know that I'm just trying to be nice and I'm just trying and I'm trying my hardest and I'm just not trying and that's what I'm not saying no one else I just wanted you to make you a little more than I want you know I just wanted a chance I just wanted some thing that you have to be nice I don't care about me I don't want anybody to be nice and kind person I just don't think about it

Nice atmosphere and great location. The service was very good. My meal was a little bland. I have the chicken quesadilla with spicy garlic potatoes. The potatoes were dried to a crisp and hard, definitely not spicy. The remainder of the meal was okay. If I do return I will try a burger and caesar salad which did look good from a far.
