Decided to pick up some chicken and chips last night, I used to go to the Fairview location all the time a couple years ago, The portions were always adequate, and the food was always good. The three piece chicken and chips always used to come with a lot more than three pieces of chicken, this time however, the three-piece did indeed come with just three pieces of chicken, two legs and a breast at that, It did not come with any sauce and I was charged $2.50 for each Sauce, with tax and a tip came to $30. The chicken was good and the fries weren’t bad but bottom line is the portion was very small for $30. Would not recommend going here for the chicken and chips if you are hungry.

Some context here; I previously left a review explaining that the option to customize orders on DoorDash was removed for this restaurant. Concerns around food sensitivities etc are an issue now. Owner responded and ensured that they would look into this so I changed my review from 2 to 5 stars. It's been over a month and nothing has changed.
I understand that it may not be the fault of the owner, but I will have to leave a poor review until it's dealt with as we are still unable to order. There must be something the owner can do like contact DoorDash to update this?

Been eating here for 3 years now off and on. Great family owned/run business. Owner (big guy) is super friendly, kind, and accomodating. Good pizza, good people! 👍
Found hair in my pizza, employees were very rude and unapologetic when trying to get a refund, pizza was pretty gross, donairs there are also very small and very dry

I just had lunch there, 2 ladies were amazing, I believe it was the Mom that was working with a fairly new hire, super friendly, the food was amazing! I ordered more food for takeaway, I would highly recommend this place!
