Called and placed an order for pickup, when the man answered the phone he said I was talking to the Fairview location (used the call Fairview button from the website)
I get there after the 20 minute quoted time, this fella said I never placed the order. I showed them the call log and they said there’s no way I could have placed an order in that time frame.
Last time I’ll ever order from panada, went to the spot by shoppers and they got me sorted in less than 10 mins.

Decided to pick up some chicken and chips last night, I used to go to the Fairview location all the time a couple years ago, The portions were always adequate, and the food was always good. The three piece chicken and chips always used to come with a lot more than three pieces of chicken, this time however, the three-piece did indeed come with just three pieces of chicken, two legs and a breast at that, It did not come with any sauce and I was charged $2.50 for each Sauce, with tax and a tip came to $30. The chicken was good and the fries weren’t bad but bottom line is the portion was very small for $30. Would not recommend going here for the chicken and chips if you are hungry.
