Pizza was delivered 1/2 hr late and was barely warm, crust was soft and mushy. Store tried to say really busy, maybe traffic. We were an 8 minute drive away from store.

Usually had pretty good service here. I would get a slice of pizza now and then, whole pizza occasionally. Tonight went for a slice and there were none. Asked if going to have some more said no stop at 3pm. This is 630pm and aren't going to have slices?

My go to pizza in all of HRM!!!! The staff are so friendly - this is a family owned business and you can tell with the warm welcome and how much care they put into their food and customer. I order Papa Mario’s probably once a week - the Canadian classic is a go to with garlic fingers on the side. They did just expand to add Nayyya Pizza within the Sam location and it’s under the same owner as Papa Mario’s! I am so excited to try as the menu is huge and I know they do not disappoint when it comes to pizza. :) As you can see by my photo, I couldn’t wait before having a slice lol. This review was long overdue!

Ordered 3 cheese burgers thought this will be well worth the 30 some bucks. I never knew there could be a disgusting hamburger. Was the absolute worst hamburger honestly I ever ate. Hard as a bullet? Tough and tasted like Donaire meat. Rubber boot with garlic. Anyway not fresh Hamburg.

I drive by this place everyday so I thought I would give them a try. I ordered a large cheese pizza for pick up, when I got the pizza it was the worst pizza I had in the city,you are better off with a frozen box pizza then ordering from here.

I placed a large delivery order tonight, they took my order and read it back to me. Upon delivery, they were missing an entire order of fish n chips. I called back, and they told me they didn’t charge me for that, even though they read my order back to me. They didn’t bring me a receipt. They charged me (again) for another order of fish n chips, even though they charged me the first time and just didn’t bring it. They definitely lost out on a lot of business from me!
