I had the absolute pleasure of dining at Trattoria Vesso last night to reconnect with an dear friend. We shared the Vesuvio pizza, creamy mushroom ravioli, beet salad, and risotto balls, and every dish was outstanding. The flavours were rich, the ingredients fresh, and the presentation beautiful. Bro, honestly, my wife and I are very particular when it comes to food, especially when it's about pizza or any Indian dish. I've tried countless pizzas in my life, but to be honest with you, the one I had today from Trattoria Vesso was hands down the best I've ever had. Today, I finally realized what real pizza is supposed to taste like.
