Would never go back… roughly 10 minutes at the server station waiting to be greeted for a table, over a half hour wait for drinks to order not a cheap Caesar and have the waitress bring us a can and say here you go, and almost 1 hour wait for food. My partners sandwich had the hard end of lettuce on it and the Caesar salad didn’t taste like the normal Pizza Delight dressing. The only good part was how nice the waitress was.

Despite some of the negative reviews we thought we would give it a try. Pizza was great and the service from Jashan was excellent. The restaurant could use some renovations, particularly the booths and table surfaces. Overall a nice experience though.

My friends recently visited Pizza Delight in Halifax with high hopes of enjoying a delicious meal. Unfortunately, what should have been a pleasant dining experience turned into a distressing ordeal that I feel compelled to share.Upon arriving at the restaurant and presenting coupons we had been gifted, we were met with unwarranted hostility from the owner. Despite possessing valid coupons, we were accused of theft, subjected to verbal abuse, and faced discriminatory remarks based on our nationality. This behavior from the owner was not only unprofessional but deeply upsetting.The atmosphere quickly turned hostile, and we were left feeling humiliated and discriminated against in front of other patrons. It's disheartening to encounter such blatant mistreatment, especially in a place meant for enjoyment and relaxation.As a result of this distressing experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend Pizza Delight to others. Discrimination and mistreatment of customers should never be tolerated, and it's disappointing to see such behavior exhibited by the owner of this establishment.I urge Pizza Delight to take immediate action to address this issue and ensure that all customers are treated with dignity and respect. Until meaningful steps are taken to rectify this situation and prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future, I will not be returning to Pizza Delight.

Went in Saturday around 6 , next to no one there , come to find out 15inch pizza wasn't available so is what it is, ordered 2 drinks , after 20mins of waiting had to ask another server to get our drinks , 10mins later one showed up wrong and a glass of water... so back again, 2 second one showed up mixed wrong , 1st one after we said something and Arguing about it was wrong finally got sent back and made right... there was people there before us that had even got drinks and as we was done eating there food finally showed up,Wouldn't go there expecting things Served in a timely matter or correct in that case .We did have a different server kinda of take over and we finally was about to eat and leave ..Was given 1 drink free.... yet was wrong ?‍♂️If any place has a wait time stay there and don't waste your time going here

This an email I sent to Stephanie Cox. I was treated rudely because I have complained in the past. I love Pizza Delight but not this one.Email::Bayers Lake FranchiseHi we have communicated before. I have been a dedicated Pizza Delight customer for many years, having lived in Moncton and ordering from your franchses there. I am writing once again about the pizza delight in Bayers Lake in Halifax. I have ordered here frequently over the past 10 years I'm Halifax (most orders would have been under my old phone number 902 86------- as I work in the park. Lately the orders have been wrong or not cooked properly. A few weeks ago I ordered a LG super Donair and a regular sized one. We found the donair meet to be undercooked and slimy. I called the store and was asked to bring it in. I advised that I would drop it off the next day which I did. I was advised at that time that they would place it on the managers desk and someone would call me. I didn't not hear from anyone so I called and was told to call back on Tuesday. I called and spoke to a gentleman who informed me that they had prepared a new order for me but I did not pick it up. I advised what had happened when I returned the order and that I was not advised of any replacement being prepared.....I was dropping the order off prior to my work shift.. ... so he said I could pick up a replacement at 4 pm that day. I work past 4pm so advised that wouldn't be possible....so he offered it at 4 pm the following day.....I advised I would try but it could be later....he said they would make the order when I came in.I worked til after 9 pm that day .....then came down with covid. When I called last week they advised they had already made the replacement order twice but I didn't show up to pick it up either time......this came as a surprise so I asked to speak to the manager but was told the manager was busy, I inquired if the manager was in and they advised that they were. So I drove there to talk to the manager. When I arrived less than 3 min later I was advised that the manager was not in.First of all I live alone and cannot eat a LG and a regular donair by myself. 2nd I don't see where I should be inconvenienced by being told when I have to pick up a replacement order when it wasn't cooked. It's not like we ate it, I brought them both back. So I'm out over 30 some dollars and have nothing to show for it, plus I was treated with no respect when I tried to communicate.I assure you that I will not be placing any additional orders from. This particular pizza delight and I encourage you to inquire as to why they are frequently getting orders wrong (I can't be the one having issues) why they run out of salads to accompany the orders and do not bother to advise and then don't start your order til you show up to pick it up because they are out of pasta salad.Why the food is sometimes not cooked enough, why it can take an hour for an order to be ready and last bit not least why customers are not treated with respect.I have not complained every time I order there but I certainly do when I don't get what I paid for. Your prices are higher than most but I don't mind paying for the food I prefer.....The girl who I spoke with on the phone and in person was far from polite and very difficult to communicate with as she continuously interrupted me

Wow. I’m not even sure where to start. After driving an hour to eat here, we arrived at 8:11, only to find the doors locked (despite being listed in three separate places that you close your location at 9) there were people dining inside so we called only to have your server tell us they close the doors for dine in at 8:10 (this is not listed anywhere??) so that the kitchen can have time to close, but they will still do take out (not sure how take out or dine in effects the *kitchens* ability to close?) with our young children in the back now in absolute tears we ask if they will make an exception being just one minute past, she says no. By the time we call back with an order for take out roughly 15 minutes later, we are now told by the same server they don’t take take out orders this late (why do you even have 9 o’clock listed as your closing time at all?!) at this point irate, I now ask to speak to a manger, she says they will be away for two weeks but will give me their phone number if I want. I confirm this phone number with her TWO TIMES before ending the call. Unfortunately the FAKE number she gave me was for a senior citizen who has FAST ASLEEP when I called, and apologized for having no connection to the company at all- she shouldn’t have had to be the one apologizing. But then I reached out quietly to your company, I waited beyond the five business days grace period listed for you all to respond.. only to recieve absolutely no response on this matter. I am absolutely blown away.Not worth the drive, not worth your money, lazy and unaccountable at best- most disgusting customer interaction I have ever experienced.

Haven't ate here in ages. We don't have one locally and it was a very nice treat. Restaurant was clean and the service was absolutely exquisite. The atmosphere was relatively calm because there weren't that many people here today. It was a very enjoyable

I went there for dinner with my wife. After waiting for few minutes at the door, one of the servers sat us down and gave us menus. We sat for 30 minutes without anyone coming over to our table. The place wasn't busy, and several employees were walking around. As I was about to leave, a server came and took our order. The pizza was average and was missing a topping, but we were charged for it. This was my first time there and very likely the last.
