So I ordered pizza here. Spent 10 minutes talking to the guy. An hour later I call back to check when my pizza will be here, only to find out they can't locate my order. Guess what I know now not to order here. You would think they would not be this disorganized given its Pizza Hut and not some mom & pop outfit

PSA: -First off, I should mention that it is VERY obviously that this Pizza Hut is reviewing their own store and submitting reviews themselves to Google. Just look through a few and it is clear to see they are fighting for their lives trying to increase their google score, and would imagine elsewhere as well. -I feel like the people should know this as I am learning this for the first time. If you add extra ingredients to your pizza, they will reduce the amount of original toppings that come on your pizza. I’ll share my experience: I tend to order their “big New Yorker” pizza, which is just a thin crust with pepperoni - today I decided I wanted more pepperoni and added the cup and crisp pepperoni for $3.25 extra. When I get home to eat, and look at the pizza, the amount of pepperoni that originally would come on it without adding anything extra was extremely reduced because I’ve added a different type of pepperoni. This leads me to believe that Pizza Hut reduces original toppings, when you pay for extra of a different type. Do not be fooled by adding extra toppings, if you were hoping to get the full amount of original toppings plus what you’ve added. -I feel a bit crazy talking this much about pepperoni, but what inspired me to write this review was when calling the Quinpool Pizza Hut, I was hung up on, once the automated messages sent the call through to the store. And when I did get through, manager Jai was not kind at all. He blatantly ignored my requests for his name maybe six or seven times. During our conversation he started raising his voice with me until I told him not to. Everything I told him was just “no, no, no, no - my employees say they didn’t do that” reminding me about cameras they have. He did not want to hear about any issues with their product. -I encourage anyone reading through these to have a look at all the fake reviews about this place. Google could easily filter these out. You’ll know the real reviews when you read them, and they all seem to be along the same trend as this one I’m writing.

I ordered delivery. BONELESS Buffalo (hot) wings + fries. What did I get? Regular (Not Buffalo) wings + a very small portion of fries (I could of gotten more fries if I ordered from McDonald’s)
I tried to eat what I did receive because I was hungry and didn’t want to wait for another order. But OMG these wings were so disgusting.. very small, soggy, chewy and a very crappy flavour that clearly wasn’t the flavour I ordered.
I understand if they were out of boneless and had to substitute but I didn’t even get a call or a message asking me about the substitution … If I have gotten any information about my order not going to be how I wanted it, I would of simply canceled so I could actually spend the money on something worth it.
