I ordered delivery from this store. The driver rang the front door intercom and I buzzed them in. 5 minutes later, no food but order showed delivered
I called the store and the gentleman who answered said it would be with me in 3-4 minutes. I asked him to check and upon speaking with the driver, it turned out the driver just threw the food on the chairs in the lobby and left.
He claimed that he knocked on my door 4 times, but when I pointed out I was stood by the door the whole time after the intercom buzz and I have a ring camera which didn’t show anyone coming to my door, the manager of the store hung up on me.
TLDR: took my money, didn’t deliver food, lied about it
