The pretzels here are consistently hot and fresh—you can tell they're made with care.

​The Pretzel Bites: These are a must-try! They are perfectly soft, chewy, and just the right size for dipping.
And the classic Salt & Butter or the sweet Cinnamon Sugar ones, they are both delicious 😋
​The staff are always friendly, and the service is quick, making it a perfect stop while you're out and about. If you're looking for a warm, tasty snack, Pretzelmaker in HSC is definitely the place to go!

Bad bad bad experience i ever had
No customer service at all, i went to order pretzel with extra butter but the lady who took my order added way too much butter on my pretzels and when i was going to eat it , the whole butter spread on my clothes i couldn’t even took a single bite of it and had to throw away.
The worst thing is that when i went back to that girl ( who called herself manager of the store )for my concern she didn’t even apologize for her mistake instead she started arguing with me and said make sure next time u mention regular butter. I didn’t even ask for refund or anything i was just simply saying, but she misbehaved with me
She didn’t even say a sorry word.
I love pretzels but i won’t go to this store back again bz of that girl

I stop at this place every time I'm at the shopping center. Today I bought a 3pack flavoured pretzels and the person who served me wasn't nice at all.

Want to mention that their pretzels and pretzel bites are actually good and delicious when it's warm, A bit pricey though $18 for three skinny pretzels.

It's anything but an original pretzel! Paying $6 for half-baked bagel dough dipped in melted butter and coarse salt is a real shame. If you're going to call them pretzels, at least have the intelligence to use a recipe from the country of origin.

Not all the items were ready. But the regular pretzels were ready. Honestly I think they are great but just a little overpriced for the quantity.

It's been a few years since I visited Pretzel Maker. Pretzel bites was my favourite. I recently had them, and they were obviously reheated in a microwave. Very disappointed. Won't be going back.

In my four weeks stay in Canada, this is the only place where the personnel served without a smile. They were cold and gave very rude attitude.
