I grew up in the GTA and spent a decade in SE Asia. This Pho is as good as it gets!
Went for lunch today and had the Pho and the "Banh Mi" (meat bread). The good: The broth of the Pho is easily the best in HRM, great flavour and mouth feel and you can actually see some liquid fat floating there. The noodle were well cooked and the portion of beef was good. The baguette of the banh mi was excellent as was the meat. The not so good: The choice of meat for the Pho was very basic.
