Service was excellent, meal was ok the fish was over cooked, probably was pre cooked and reheated. Overall it’s a good place to eat and would go again.

Had lunch there today for the first time. Did not have the waiter check on us once, waited 20 minutes AFTER eating to get the bill and that’s only because we had to wave her down. Also had to give my food back because the burger was pitch black burnt. Terrible experience for a first timer there

This was my first visit and I loved the restaurant section. It was comfortable and we could talk and hear each other with other people in the section. The ceiling has panels that appear to dampen noise. The staff were wonderful, friendly and quick. They safely accommodated my many, many food allergies. I did not have a normal food experience but everyone I was with enjoyed their meals and they sampled from the whole menu. Drinks from what I saw were great. I feel we found a gem.

We were there tonight for Valentines and ordered their valentine, special surf and turf… Danny the waitress was absolutely amazing… our orders arrived at the table.. lobster was undercooked, and my steak was undercooked as well… hubby returned his lobster, and I returned my entire plate… I assume that my plate would’ve been given priority and would’ve been cooked correctly and served back to the table so that I can enjoy my supper with my husband… my husband ate his entire meal and we both sat there waiting for my meal to come… Danny the waitress kept coming over and apologizing… one of our lobster tails was served, but my husband didn’t get his… after staying there for quite some time Danny came to the table and said it’ll just be a a few more minutes and at that point, I just said no thank you… I went out to supper with my husband to eat with my husband, not to eat by myself… my husband was charged for his entire meal and he did not get his lobster… very very disappointing… our valentines did not go as planned… during this entire process we did not even have a manager approach our table to discuss the delay in my supper preparation!

We went this past Saturday and very much enjoyed the Pan Seared Haddock!
Waited forever for order. Had to go and ask as we had an appointment . Fish and chips. Fish low quality.fries good. Haddock dinner quality of fish 5 out of 1- 10. Hair on plate so it had to be returned. Waitress was good. Treated us good as meal ended free in the end. Will not be on our list for a revisit.

Dined in around late afternoon a couple weeks ago the food was good but service was a bit slow. However what is making me give a 1 star is due to the fact there was a man (i believe an employee) standing at the bar server spot drinking as well as he was sitting behind bar and seemed quite intoxicated yelling out comments to the servers.... I have seen him before doing something similar during another time I've dined in. I like coming late afternoon as it's quiet but dont enjoyed listening to someone shout out across bar/restaurant. For this reason I will not be returning.

I've ordered take out from this location a few times and it was great, first time in person the food wasn't quite as good (this was during the holiday season). The burger was a bit dry and the fries weren't as good as they were the times I ordered take out. Otherwise the food has been extremely good. Just get it in the evening or order off door dash.
