Ordered pizza and fries for pickup and they said 25 minutes, I was there in 20. The pizza was as if it was made 25 minutes ago with barely any toppings and the fries were soggy and stale. What a disappointment. Will never be going there again.

Incompetent staff. Ordered a pepperoni pizza and chicken parm hero sandwich. Waited 45 minutes outside to pick it up. Pizza was finally ready but then they shrugged and said it’d be another 20 minutes for the sandwich.
If management reads this- you need to hire better people and/or train them better. It’s pizza, not rocket science. Rinaldo has long left the building!

The pizza was absolutely delicious with a perfect blend of flavors, fresh ingredients, and a crispy crust. The staff provided excellent customer service, making the experience even better. Highly recommend this spot if you're craving a great pizza in Halifax.

Unfortunately our pizza today had taste of calone perfume on parts of the crust so my review is sour. PLEASE DON'T WEAR CALONE on your hands/at all if preparing food for other people....it was a horrible experience. Was really looking forward to a good pizza as we are new to the area.

Worst delivery pizza experience ever. Ordered a large pizza, it arrived 45 minutes later and I should have known when handed the pizza box and it wasn’t even hot on the bottom. We opened our pizza and it was not even warm let alone hot. I figured oh well, delivery person was having a bad day. The next week we happened to be walking by and I saw the owner. I told her about our recent order and she couldn’t have cared less. Worst customer experience from an owner EVER! I mean when the owner doesn’t even care about their customers experience there’s something wrong. We live very close to Rinaldos and our family has a weekly pizza night, but these guys will never get another dollar of our business. Do yourselves a favour and order from anywhere else on your next pizza night.

Called in an order for a slice of pizza, told the girl I'd be there in 10 mins for it and I get there and I'm told they're sold out for the night. Ridiculous, walk all the way there for my phone in order to be told they sold it. Thanks.

I got the Hawaiian pizza and was cold. This is the 3rd bad experience I’ve had from Rinaldos in Clayton Park. First was 2 hang ups from a staff girl and then I was offered a free pizza that I never got. Then tonight, the Hawaiian pizza was cold!! Never again.

I ordered a small pickup pizza ($20) from your store, and unfortunately, it was the worst pizza I have ever had. The dough was burned, the toppings were overcooked, and the entire pizza was extremely salty and chewy, making it very difficult to eat. I am very disappointed with the quality of the food, as I had expected a much better experience based on your reputation.

I get wanting simplicity, but door dash is entirely unfriendly to anyone who doesn't want to download that stupid app. I tried 2 different credit cards, on 2 different browsers, and there isn't even the option to pay in person. I don't want to troubleshoot my way to a pizza order.

$7 for a old piece of pepperoni pizza. That had to be reheated. And it was the smallest piece of pizza I have ever got for that price. $7 for a small slice, that's it , no drink . I'll never stop in there again.
