Ya gotta go. Location. ambience, food quality and presentation as well as service were superb ! Our new favorite dining spot in the HRM .

Everything was great except how we booked ahead of time yet we were seated in a cramped corner back to back with another table of 6? And when inquired about changing the table we realized there was atleast 5 other tables we could switch to that were nicer with bigger space so big question mark to the host?? Otherwise food was great and service was fair.

Another fantastic meal at Salt+Ash. We had a wonderful time with delicious food. The new menu offered many new choices, and we decided on the new pork belly bites. Highly recommend for anyone heading in to give it a try! Will definitely be back.

We had an amazing dinner at Salt & Ash last evening. The food was wonderful! The brussel sprout appetizer and the cornbread were the best I've ever had. Two of us had fish and chips and one had the jerk cod. All were excellent! Ava was our server and did a fabulous job! We will be back!

This has been our go to place since it opened. Food menu is fantastic (but limited). The pizza? Some of the best in HRM and you can never go wrong with Bonfire Bingo on Sunday nights - always a great time.

Absolutely wonderful waterfront restaurant. Great design, amazing food and the service was so attentive.

Food was lovely. Good vibe but loud. Enjoyed it overall - my only complaint was excess stuff on table: bread plate, extra cutlery and water glasses kept in table throughout meal.

The Brussel sprout appetizer we had was very good! However, my partner ordered the chicken sausage dish and the sausage was rather tasteless. I ordered the Jerk Cod and clams, the cod was significantly overcooked, there were only 3 small clams, one with a broken shell and there was a piece of shell on my food that broke a piece off one of my teeth. Despite the nice atmosphere and the quality service, I would not recommend the food at this restaurant.

The atmosphere was good, but the food was of a very low quality and caused digestion issues. Moreover, they don't have a coffee machine, just a drip coffee is available. It was a pity since the restaurant has a great atmosphere and an amazing view, but we don't consider going there again since we value the good food and drinks as well.

Great atmosphere, food and service with reasonable prices. Will be back for sure and will recommend to anyone looking for a place to dine

I've been about 3-4 times now, and the food is always delicious! The ambiance is amazing as well. The place is very well decorated. It is downtown so I would leave yourself extra time to find parking if you are driving. Highly recommend!

I don’t know why there’s so many reviews negatively reviewing this place. It was great. Service was amazing- food was delicious cocktails were fabulous. Everything came quick. Fish was beautifully battered. The burger was freshly made - fries were fantastic.
