Sauté | Healthy Meal Delivery & Catering

From Ontario, we have ordered frozen dishes on the two-day option to be delivered to our kids in Halifax. They enjoy the convenience after work days, and find the meals to be super delicious. Delivery has always been smooth, even in winter. The owner replies to my email questions immediately by phone! She inspires confidence. We definitely recommend Sauté.

We used Saute's services for a few meals delivered for a colleague's family that was needing a little extra comfort and support. The customer service provided by the entire Saute team, specifically Katia and the Support Team, was excellent and made the whole process seamless; especially since we were coordinating from the States. Thankful for a great experience!

Good food and local. On time delivery and helpful staff to facilitate order changes etc... We get the vegetarian fresh meals and have found them tasty and good variety.

Whether it's fresh or frozen, I've enjoyed the flavour, quality and serving size of Saute! Saute helps me eat healthy for the same price of a fast food meal. The delivery service during the pandemic has been especially convenient, so I don't have to think about dinner most nights. I highly recommend!

I love Saute. I get their personalized meals, hand delivered to me every week. The food is fresh and delicious. There is a nice variety too. Whenever i have trouble with rue website they are quick to help and super accommodating. I think is a great conscientious -and local! - business. High recommendations for them.

The food is healthy and some of the most delicious food I've ever had. The convenience is helping me not turn to unhealthy options. Everyone at the office is always commenting on how good my lunch looks and smells!

Excellent, healthy, fresh food and great delivery service. I've been getting meals from Saute for 3 years, and they have really matured into a great meal service. I took off just one star because, using them for a long time, I got a little bored with the repetition of meals. Also, I tend to prefer more flavouring in my meals but I understand that they have to hit that middle ground to please everyone, and it's easy to add a spritz of hot sauce. This year I think they have increased the spicing a bit. Some very tasty meals recently. They are very responsive to feedback, and pleasant to deal with.

The food is excellent and healthy! and the staff and customer service fantastic. I work on lots of different projects every day. Not having to think about cooking and grocery shopping makes my life so much easier.
