First of all the customers should understand the pain of the barista behind the bar. The second cup in the Killam library is not an express coffee shop like tims where you press a button for a latte to serve you in 1 minute. This is a cafè in library with student crowd so if you’re visiting the cafè in your breaks, it’s break for almost 1000 people. Imagine getting 15drinks queue in a minute, where you have to wash and clean the pitcher ,blender and espresso machine after each drink. So please if possible think twice before raising a complaint. Apart from the serve delay, other complaints are appreciated.

If you're looking for a hot drink, whether a cup of coffee, hot chocolate or delicious chi latte (best in town) and a treat (great cookies and muffins), you won't be disappointed. The staff is always friendly and ready to serve. The coffee and drinks are a little on the expensive side (about the same as Starbucks) compared to Tim's, but definitely better quality with the diff in price. You can also buy bags of coffee for take home use at a reasonable price. Overall, great place as I'm a return customer. Happy Holidays from our team at photographinginthemomet (insta).

Very slow and disorganized service. Lots of staff walking around - saw 4 staff behind the counter last time, but only one cash open and ten people in line. Cashier holds up the line - slow in taking orders, great difficulty to count cash and coins, unsure of return change even after cash drawer opens...coffee tastes OK.

This place would be a lot better if they got better servers. Cashiers holding up the line by chatting and flirting. Like PLEASE no one wants to see you giving anyone bedroom eyes. Had to ask 5 people whowere waiting after ordering what drinks had ordered and what size. The coffee also doesn’t taste good, but it does the job

They forgot to put the coffee in my latte. Im sorry but isn't the whole point of ordering coffee is for the drink to have coffee in it. Anyways thank you for the Oat milk with sweetener I guess.

Every time I get something here I have to wait at least ten minutes to get it even if I'm the only person waiting on a drink. They get my order wrong 75% of the time. Really wish there was another coffee shop in the killam I could go to instead.

Not mentioning names but the barista today was one of the rudest staff I've met in my life. He refused to take my order and made me wait at the counter for a solid 3 minutes while he was texting on his phone. The other barista had to take my order and make my drink instead. Worst. Service. Ever.
