First of all the customers should understand the pain of the barista behind the bar. If you're looking for a hot drink, whether a cup of coffee, hot chocolate or delicious chi latte (best in town) and a treat (great cookies and muffins), you won't be disappointed. The staff is always friendly and ready to serve. The coffee and drinks are a little on the expensive side (about the same as Starbucks) compared to Tim's, but definitely better quality with the diff in price.
