First of all the customers should understand the pain of the barista behind the bar. The second cup in the Killam library is not an express coffee shop like tims where you press a button for a latte to serve you in 1 minute. If you're looking for a hot drink, whether a cup of coffee, hot chocolate or delicious chi latte (best in town) and a treat (great cookies and muffins), you won't be disappointed. The staff is always friendly and ready to serve. The coffee and drinks are a little on the expensive side (about the same as Starbucks) compared to Tim's, but definitely better quality with the diff in price.
