The people were phenomenal!!! I remember I went to second cup when it was in the Shopping centre. I was looking for a specific drink but didnt see it on the menu, so I asked and they made it and it reminded me of home. Btw I got a FROZEN HOT CHCOLATE

Amazing service , I unfortunately did not ask the name of the lady who made my delicious white mocha ( she has amazing red hair) she was friendly and not only did she make us feel comfortable she made sure we had the best experience whilst we were there.

The guy that served me wears a turban on his head, can bearly speak English I asked for a coffee on the posted menu saying that they don't have it. So I asked DO YOU SERVICE COFFEE. Than he told me what coffees that are available, couldn't bearly understand what he was saying, I received a coffee anyway. But anyways 🙄 Second Cup has GREAT Coffee.

Prices def are up there. I had an Italian soda and brownie. Brownie was absolutely disgusting and seemed kinda stale.... Italian soda was yummy. Service was quick and decent. Parking there isn't tons of spots but usually no trouble to find one.
