i got the rice noodles, kung pao and general tao (80% coating and 20% actual chicken) . Please correct me if I’m wrong but i believe there should not be any egg in any part of the meal for egg shells to have mistakenly gotten there.
Immediately lost my appetite and threw the rest away

Awful. The shrimp clearly wasn't prepped before cooking. Gritty and not deveined. BBQ pork was overcooked and chewy. The Shanghai noodles were almost flavorless and not fresh. For lunchtime on a Friday I expected fresher food. Never going back.

I recently visited Shanghai 360, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst dining experiences I've had. The staff was extremely rude—completely unprofessional and lacking basic courtesy. From the moment I arrived, it was clear they had no interest in offering decent customer service.
As for the food, it was equally disappointing. The dishes were bland, poorly prepared, and far from fresh. It’s shocking that a place like this continues to operate with such low standards in both food quality and service. I would strongly advise against eating here if you're looking for a pleasant meal. There are far better options around.

Food is delicious but the Chinese girl is very mean. Not the first time or second time. I would not bother to put a review but this is the third time she is being mean. She always wears mask and always has two ears ponytails.
First time i was there she yelled at me and told me to say what kind of food I want because I was just pointing at it. And also she does not say a word. I accepted that. Secondly, she portions different from the others who use to work there and I called her that I am ready to order and took me a minute to tell her what I want and she turned back like she does not have a customer in front of her. Lastly, just today. I waited for her to finish what she is doing and when she turned I said Hi And she does not say a word continue to pour water in the counter or whatever she is doing.
If you are doing a business. Train her more. If she could cook let her be in the kitchen. If she cant properly handle a customer dont put her in front counter. She has a piggy hat.

Best food court chinese around by miles. It satisfies my Chinese food cravings at a way better price because I can get 3 items plus noodles for the same price as one dish at the non food court Chinese places.
Not sure what the deal is with the negative reviews. I've eaten here like a dozen times and it's always the same experience. The batter is thick as all hell on the chicken, but I mean... It's a food court chinese place, c'mon, be real.
Is it crispy? Yes. Are all the sauces more or less sugar glaze with some spice? Of course. Is it tasty AF? Damn right. Portions are also huge, so it is what it is, and it's glorious. Manchu Wok is trash.
Pro tip: when ordering your combo plate, order the the item you want most first, cause they run out of room on the plate so if you order it last you will get a smaller portion of that item.

Usually this is a go to place, a sneaky lunch treat. As far as fast food Chinese I always found it really good. Today was the first time I was disappointed. The chicken, more batter than actual chicken, the BBQ pork seemed under cooked, the vermacilli noodles tasted burnt. The tofu was the only dish that was good. I hope my next visit will be better. I understand there are off days. I just want comment as I hope they haven't changed recipes or quality if food, if they have then it will a no more from me.
