Tried to order a donair in person and was told that they were prioritizing Uber Eats and skip the dishes and would not give me anything but a slice. We ordered two slices and they put them both on top of one another so they stuck together and all the toppings came off the bottom slice. To top it all off we found a huge hair in one slice. At almost $7 a slice, absolutely terrible.

Terrible experience. I ordered a half chicken with rice and ended up throwing most of it away. The rice was almost unedible and the chicken was cold and tasted like it was baked the day before.

I order from here every time I am in Halifax. Each time my order is, in my opinion, phenomenal. I ordered from here last week and I had the best donair I ever had. My family and I spent the whole day enjoying the city and decided to order the donairs again. 3 small, 1 Medium and one super. One of the small donairs never even had sauce on it, but that was tolerable as we ordered extra sauce. when we but into the donairs meat....well, let's just say, we felt like we bit into Mount Edna in a spicy way. Spicy to the point that sweat was rolling down our face. I am not a slice fan, but my son can drink hot sauce. He even found it hot. I called the store to express my dissatisfaction, and the worker was eager to inform me they put slice in the meat. Go on, u would of never thought there was a difference between ground beef and donairs if he never said! He asked what do I want from this, where I informed him that our supper was ruined, and I spent a good chunk of money on this food to have nothing, so what can you do! I even suggested that it is possible that whoever made the donairs may have accidentally doubled on some spice. He said he was going to talk to his manager and call me back in 5-10 minutes, that was hours ago...no call back, no satisfaction. on to the search for a new favorite donair I guess.
