Ues to love sobeys fried chicken, wings and fish and everything about Sobeys but now it is gone to shit(Just like Tim Hortons). All for new people in the country. If your going to hire employees that aren't properly trained in any way, at all, then train them! They come from places with 0 regulations!!!!Hold them to a standard your customers have come to expect and the reason we pay these outrageous prices. I know I am not the only customer feeling this way!!!!

Very misleading price tag. After I brought up the issue, the employee implied that customers had put the meat there and refused to take any responsibility, essentially trying to blame customers for it. Ridiculous. I wasted 20 minutes and finally had to get the manager to fix it.

Good food store but wish the store would have in place a sign up front for when the water machine is not working
The cashier never said anything but was singing and dancing and doing weird stuff , she never responded to any any our questions, I spent over $270 dollars really bad service considering this is a normal shopping location, the cashier Emma should not be dealing with the public, totally ruined our shopping experience, very disappointed

I’m not one to write reviews, but as someone who actively praises Sobeys in having above average everything and a better overall shopping experience, despite the higher prices, I was really let down today.
Yesterday I had to pick up a pork shoulder for dinner for my family and was in a hurry. When I got home I noticed that there was a massive house fly inside the meat package that had been saran wrapped in with the meat. Absolutely disgusting.
I took it back this morning and the cashier (they no longer have a customer service desk) was as disgusted as me. She called the manager(?) Jenn, over who had probably the most dismissive and do not give a you know what attitude about it I’ve ever seen. She simply said yes, give the refund and walked away…
I’m not sure what I was looking for, but maybe some sort of explanation or apology or general concern for the product they’re selling their customers would have been appreciated. Sobeys please do better when training your Management team, it makes a world of difference and overall customer experience.
