I attend this starbucks frequently, usually the drive through. The customer service is great. The staff are always friendly and willing to help out. I get an Oat cortado usually and it's always made correctly !

I went to Starbucks today and accidentally ordered the wrong drink, but the staff were so kind and helpful! The guy at the cashier was super nice and polite — he even explained how to order it correctly next time. I had ordered an iced espresso but forgot to select a venti cup on my mobile order, and they fixed it for me at no cost. The girl making the drinks was amazing — this is honestly the best my drink has ever been made at any Starbucks. Thank you so much to the team! 💚☕

Feel like this is deserved, looking through these reviews certain people are not only putting names of Caritas but are trashing them seemingly cause the reviewer was not having a good day, the baristas here are way nice and should probably be making double, as for the speed, maybe research deeper into how bad a corporation starbucks is to their employees, and show a little empathy, I have never once came here and not been greeted with a how are you and a smile. I wish people wouldn't go and trash others for one simple bad visit, because we're all humans, and no one deserves that. Im looking at you Chris. Was one review not enough?

This location it’s really bad service really bad people. I always have trouble with them. I always have my drink from this location, but I always have trouble with them. I don’t speak English really well. They always try to be smart on me and being racist on me because I don’t speak English. I asked them to. I have the order on on the windows. They wouldn’t let me do that always I can make a fight with them today can make me the order on the window because I don’t speak English. I can tell them the order. We always try to choose the order from the Starbucks pages on Facebook and then today I went there. They didn’t give me anything and she told me if you want you can go take it from another location. We don’t take any order from the window so how I’m gonna drinkwhy you are working here if you don’t have time to work or to serve the people so don’t work go find something to do. Go play somewhere. They always do that with me. after 10 minutes today I go back to the same location. I told them I want an order and I have to go to the windows so I show them the order. He said yes how’s that confusing? Things happen to him because of the English that’s only because I got my friend. He speak English really well and he starts speaking with him. He find himself that he’s really small and he can’t do nothing when he find somebody he can’t answer him really well that’s really bad location really bad service really bad of everything. I really love this location, not just because it's easily accessible on my way into work. The thing I love most about this location are the baristas. They are always so friendly and remember my face and try to remember my drink, they make a meeeaaaaannnnn caramel macchiato too!! Thanks for always turning my rough toddler mornings around with your great personalities!
I always order my Starbucks through DoorDash, and honestly, the team is amazing! 🩵 Every time, I call after placing my order to ask for extra ice in my pink drink they always do it with such kindness and good vibes. Even on the days I forget to call (since DoorDash doesn’t have an option for extra ice), they still remember to add it! 🧊😠That kind of attention and consistency means a lot. Thank you to the whole team you’re absolutely adorable!
