I always order my Starbucks through DoorDash, and honestly, the team is amazing! 🩵 Every time, I call after placing my order to ask for extra ice in my pink drink they always do it with such kindness and good vibes. Even on the days I forget to call (since DoorDash doesn’t have an option for extra ice), they still remember to add it! 🧊😠That kind of attention and consistency means a lot. I attend this starbucks frequently, usually the drive through. The customer service is great. The staff are always friendly and willing to help out. I get an Oat cortado usually and it's always made correctly !
I went to Starbucks today and accidentally ordered the wrong drink, but the staff were so kind and helpful! The guy at the cashier was super nice and polite — he even explained how to order it correctly next time. I had ordered an iced espresso but forgot to select a venti cup on my mobile order, and they fixed it for me at no cost. The girl making the drinks was amazing — this is honestly the best my drink has ever been made at any Starbucks. Thank you so much to the team!...
