Absolutely my favourite location in the city! Partially because it’s near home, but mainly because of the wonderful staff. Staff here are so kind and great at what they do, they make my drink perfect every time! They’re always super positive and it is my morning routine to have a chat and get my drink! I visited this location twice during my trip to Halifax. The staff are incredibly slow and aren't familiar with how to make beverages or basic food items such as oatmeal. Recommend visiting a different starbucks if you can.

This place use to open at 7. People would be lined up getting coffee while grabbing their lunches. They now up at 730 and everyone keeps passing by now. Sometimes I will wait around but they will never open early. They wait right until exactly 730 even if people are walking away and losing business. Bring back 7 am opening.

I am working in a office in superstore and every morning I get a coffee from Starbucks in superstore and today I waiting for 8 minutes and they did not pay attention even get my order and I told them: can you give me my order? but they say: we are working in coffee and it takes time. They responded me with very rude behavior. but other staff are very friendly and working hard.
