This is by far the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I’ve tried a variety of drinks here — hot/iced coffees, refreshers and matcha latte — every single one has been terrible. The most recent matcha latte I ordered was easily the worst of them all. Honestly makes me question whether the staff here are actually qualified baristas or if they’ve received proper Starbucks training at all...🤔

Entering a superstore is a genuinely infuriating experience. Just let me go into Starbucks and leave, it's not that hard, why do I have to go through a full maze? This location isn't worth it either, but it's not the fault of the barista, she just didn't have support. She kept having to take in person people and so I ended up having to wait almost 20 minutes for my mobile order drink, watching multiple people go up to the counter and get theirs first.

I ordered matcha tea around 2.30 pm via mobile order. But when I received my drink the matcha was not dissolved properly. It was all set at the bottom. When i was drinking the matcha powder was coming into my mouth which tastes so bitter. Very bad service. I spent around $8 , but not worth it. Never recommend anyone to buy from this store.

I was on Sunday at 14:30.. no one was waiting....the was Very slow ..... not a good employee...
Just to preface this is I just want to clarify that I’ve been a barista for 5 years in a different city, I got in the line at around 10:30 it took the employee 10 min to make one single drink then when the next customer before try to start ordering by saying a nice hello the worker put her finger in the air like when your shushing a kid she then proceeded to wash all the things she had used to make the prior drink taking another 10min by this time it’s 10:50 and she still hasn’t taken the next order. I had to leave at this time since I had a train to catch but I think this was crazy inefficient use of time. I don’t know how they train their staff but this worker in particular was very slow/dismissive of customer. I do not recommend if your thinking you’ll get something quick

Been 4 or 5 times for a cup of coffee on a sunday afternoon/evening before work and never once got a coffee. They're always "out" and offer an Americano for the same price as drip. No thanks.
