Just to preface this is I just want to clarify that I’ve been a barista for 5 years in a different city, I got in the line at around 10:30 it took the employee 10 min to make one single drink then when the next customer before try to start ordering by saying a nice hello the worker put her finger in the air like when your shushing a kid she then proceeded to wash all the things she had used to make the prior drink taking another 10min by this time it’s 10:50 and she still hasn’t taken the next order. I had to leave at this time since I had a train to catch but I think this was crazy inefficient use of time. I don’t know how they train their staff but this worker in particular was very slow/dismissive of customer. I do not recommend if your thinking you’ll get something quick

Been 4 or 5 times for a cup of coffee on a sunday afternoon/evening before work and never once got a coffee. They're always "out" and offer an Americano for the same price as drip. No thanks.

It is located in a shopping center and it seems unlikely that they don't know how to make coffee properly. But over all for good service and the location itself is easy to reach.

Another review said it all, they just don't know how to make coffee there. Narrow Espresso on Queen & Fenwick is sooooooo good I don't miss Starbucks at all. And they're a small local business with a great team.

We walked half a mile to get to this Starbucks only to be told that they don’t have any ice and we walked past two really good coffee shops to get here Won’t make that mistake again Starbucks. Keep in mind. This is inside a major grocery store. You would think they would sell bagged ice here and they would be resourceful enough to go and buy a bag of ice from the grocery store in an effort to make their customers happy. See pics of more customers walking away, empty-handed
