The staff is great, the girl with the glasses was very friendly, I wasn’t sure what to order today but she took her time helping me find something I might like. I asked for a caramel Macchiato and I asked for no ice, but they gave me ice and when I asked them to get the ice out, they were really mad and when they gave me my drink back, it wasn’t even filled to the top

This has happened to me several times I asked for a Frappuccino to be crème based they still make it coffee based and vice versa when I ask for it the other way. The staff has so much attitude when you politely tell them it’s not the right order. Also it doesn’t matter if you ordered the driest person they’ll serve people behind you till they get someone ordering something similar to you.

I was really disappointed with the service here. I ordered a mango dragonfruit refresher only to be served water and some sort of flavor. I told her it was water and she said they didn’t have the ingredients - no lemonade and no water, and she went on to tell me that this had the same taste. The cashier continued to passive aggressively ask me what else I wanted, since my refresher wasn’t there, I asked her to make a hot chocolate, and she literally gave me an attitude for an order I had paid for! Another time, I ordered a tomato mozzarella sandwich and they only told me they had run out after I had made the purchase. The cashier tried to get me to substitute that with a grilled cheese but it is clearly not the same cost. I was forced to get a croissant, and she had no remorse whatsoever.

The staff here is great and they are trying their best so I don't begrudge them for the issues I have with this location. That being said, they have not been able to accept gift cards or star rewards for over a month and are not able to provide any indication on when it will be fixed. Also, at first I understood this location being short on some items, but it seems that this location is often out of the same products...
