Update... place got worse.....1st time ...Really really slow service... One person in the counter doing her best... Two on drive thru... Not very helpful.... But counter person was very polite..... This time... Bad.... just bad.

I usually enjoy Starbucks, but today I had a very unpleasant experience. I was almost finished with my drink when I noticed a long strand of hair inside the cup. It was extremely disgusting and ruined my entire mood. Cleanliness and basic hygiene should be a priority, especially for such a well-known brand. This is unacceptable.

This lady that was taking my order was saying I will feel uncomfortable making your order you may be wondering what I asked for I asked for A Venti strawberry cream, Frappuccino With six scoops of strawberry, six scoops of blackberry and six scoops of dragon fruit Inside the drink And I know you’re allowed to get that, but you just have to pay extra And I was fine with that I said to her, you can just add less of the drink if you want if it’s too much to Fit in the cup But she continued to tell me that she felt uncomfortable making it I don’t really understand her job is Starbucks like this would be not that hard of a drink to make.

Terrible customer service, i had the pickup order and showed up the restaurant around 09:29pm which is before the closing time, restaurant denied to give me my order and closed the door, which is unacceptable as the store was not officially closed. I want the management to look into this matter immediately.

Boxing Day morning . Need coffee, go to drive through and ordered a flat white. Unfortunately their debit machine was off line and i had no cash. Gratis, thank you. Nice gesture. Merry Christmas
Employee Cameron helped me figure out the best way to use my gift card and I also helped create a drink for me that I would really enjoy. Cameron is the only reason I would come back to use my gift card! Great customer experience :-)

The café is large and spacious, which is perfect for meeting up with friends or getting some work done.
I love that it's the only Starbucks in the West Bedford area, making it a go-to stop for coffee lovers around here.
It can get busy during peak times, which sometimes leads to a slight wait, but the quality of the drinks and the relaxing ambiance make it worth it.
Whether grabbing a coffee on the go or sitting down to enjoy your drink, this location is definitely one of the best in the area.

I have an incredible experience of costumer service there . A nice girl , Summer was so patient with my daughter’s order and after she understood that it’s wrong she changed it patiently and gave two orders to my daughter. Thank you for changing this afternoon to such this nice day❤️❤️
