I ordered two drinks, but the staff didn’t ask for an order name and did not call out the drinks after making them. There were no other customers waiting. When I asked at the counter, the staff member responded rudely and claimed she had already called my order, which never happened. Very disappointing customer service.

During a phone call inquiring about the holiday hours, a young male staff hung up on me. Very rude. Also their hours of business for holidays showing on Google Maps was wrong:(. The latte did not taste rich enough. This location is spacious but always dirty. Needs a renovation or replace all the tables and chairs. Soon.

I went there to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee. I watched them treat a customer very poorly. I was hoping I would receive a better reception at the counter. She looked at me like I owed her something. She was very unfriendly and rude. I will not go back.
