I have ordered from this Starbucks since I was 12 now I’m 23. I have seen such a decline in how the drinks are made. There is not enough syrups or foam put in them anymore. The Starbucks at lacewood and herring cove road make the best drinks because they actually try to make your drinks with the right amount of everything. I hope the management can do a better job at addressing this issue.

Ordered a chicken bacon on brioche which as per Starbucks.ca website is suppose to have cheese (I’ve had it before I know it does) anyways when I got my order was one piece of chicken on it, half cooked bacon and no cheese so went back to let them know what was missing and have it made properly only to argue with staff about whether it’s supposed to have cheese (surprise it is supposed to lol) not impressed at all

I ordered two drinks, but the staff didn’t ask for an order name and did not call out the drinks after making them. There were no other customers waiting. When I asked at the counter, the staff member responded rudely and claimed she had already called my order, which never happened. Very disappointing customer service.

During a phone call inquiring about the holiday hours, a young male staff hung up on me. Very rude. Also their hours of business for holidays showing on Google Maps was wrong:(. The latte did not taste rich enough. This location is spacious but always dirty. Needs a renovation or replace all the tables and chairs. Soon.
