Never a great time here. For the amount of people working it takes a surprisingly long time to get a cup of black coffee.
Ordered an iced coffee took me a half hour to get it when asked regarding said coffee girl bit my head off told me she was 10 minutes behind and they were shortstaffed. I will not return.

Went to Halifax for Victoria Day weekend, Super excited and went for my usual morning coffee and grilled cheese sandwich. The girl gave me the cheese sandwich, hot gluey cheese all over dripping on the bag and told me to take napkin from the side. Another lady was waiting for her coffee and we both were surprised seeing her handing me the hot messy paper bag. Requested another barista to give me another bag and sleeve for latte cup and they kindly gave me another bag. Being a coffee addict and everyday customer of Starbucks, never had since experience in Toronto ever in life. Such a dump on first day of vacation, had the bad taste in mouth for hours.

I’m gonna avoid ordering from this store from now onwards. From getting wrong drinks to being treated rudely a couple of times even for simple requests, I haven’t had pleasant experiences at this store. Although its the nearest one to my house and that’s why was convenient to order from, but I don’t know why I’m always made to feel like I’m the wrong one ordering from them.
