As a normal human being I know what sweetness taste like. When you messed up an order, just check back at the label details and admit your mistake instead of putting up attitude towards customers.

I went to the store today around 2:30pm and ordered a small Matcha Frappuccino without topping for my wife. And I was waiting like 30mins for a drink. During the waiting time I saw the customer ahead of me got the drinks long time and I went to check with the girl. She just said not ready. I have to leave and the waiting time is unbelievable and make me upset. So I paid and leave without drinks.

My hazelnut shaken espresso was definitely watered down today. Not impressed. I wasn't being rude at all, I pride myself on being extra kind to all customer service employees, and come here almost daily, but sometimes interactions can make you feel uncomfortable, due to social anxiety, and people flight is activated. Just an FYI to the cashier who served me today at 12:01, not everything is personal and we should not have to suck up to you to make you feel good about yourself just to get a drink we are paying for. Please don't water down drinks just because someone didn't go over the top in their interaction with you. We even gave you a tip. Everyone is going through something and no one is perfect. Remember this before you decide to water down someone's drink.

Tried three lattes—caffe latte was good, but the two customized caramel brule lattes were consistently amazing. Great choice for caramel lovers!

There has been a noticeable depreciation in the volume of their coffee products. Over the past number of times we've noticed that products that do not come in a see through container are only about 3/4 full.THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE

Don't give this place your money. Staff/management are known for being rudely elitist in very strange ways. If your drink is wrong, you can expect to be met with snickers and suspicion. We have been going here several times a week for years until recently. There are other shops, even other Starbucks stores that do deserve your business. This just is one of them.

A brand well known for its coffee and accessories. Although I am not a coffee fan as I am a tea person, however whenever on road trips, I prefer to carry Starbucks coffee while on the wheel.

The drinks were good, pretty sure we ordered one of our drinks hot and one iced, gave us both hot, told them one was supposed to be iced, the lady at the window was nice but another lady came and said "this is what you ordered but we can make it iced if you want", appreciate all the help and everything, but she made a not-so-nice face; as if she was disgusted by us- not a nice interaction!Being immigrants, might have been an accent issue with us, but we just wanted our coffee how we liked- there was no need for making us feel that way

Never really bother reviewing but it's worth saying that this is the best Starbucks around- always fast, friendly and today was crazy backed up but you wouldn't tell from the speed these demons were moving at. Go to this one.
