Ordered a pumpkin oat latte with one pump of sauce, but it was way too sweet. When I came back to mention it, the barista argued with me instead of listening. They offered to remake it with 0.5 pump in a rude and raised tone. Left without my drink. This Starbucks really needs to learn how to communicate with customers.

This was last week. Had a good drink, which is overpriced and filled with ice. Woman who ordered before me had found what she said was glass in her drink, the manager argued saying it was only plastic and dismissed the woman’s claims that it was dangerous. Rude manager didn’t even care about the woman and complained about the woman to her coworker. Not a good look.

Worst Starbucks in Nova Scotia! The asian lady was straight up rude when we asked for a glass of water. After she made a very strong, not like a regular coffee, she refused to add more vanilla mousse. However, the other staff members were very nice.

I placed an mobile order there on saturday for 2 matches and found a bottle cap in one of them, tried to contact the store but nobody pickeup, I saw it after actually finishing my drink as my drink was green and couldn’t have ever thought there would be anything in beside the ice, I feel disgusted.

I ordered mango dragonfruit coconut beverage. The taste of coconut milk was not good, feels like it was spoiled or expired. After drinking this drink I had severe stomach pain. Very disappointed

With Starbucks, you get pretty much the same experience at any location but every time I would go in, I’d always scope out Alyssa. her enthusiasm for a good cup of coffee (NOT a specialty latte) was unmatched. I’d give a 4 star if I always knew I’d be getting an amazing snack suggestion to go with my brewed coffee and that the floor was always swept!

They added a push door with a pull handle (nothing worse) they look like they are closed. And I jammed my hand in the door with staff laughing. Never been to such an “anti consumer” Starbucks before.
