May 31st was my birthday. I ordered a free beverage and a coffee. The staff member was kind, explained everything to me clearly, and greeted me with a bright attitude, which made my birthday morning at Starbucks delightful. Her name was Natalie.

CHICANERY！！！I ordered the same drink I'd had six times before. The drink is markedly different this time. Simmi who handled the refund told me that because you added strawberry source, of course, it makes it gross！！！That's even more disgusting than a drink. The thing is, the last six times I drank it, it was normal. I would definitely write an email complaining about simmi, her behavior is worse than the person who made the wrong drink.
My favourite Starbucks, my high maintenance drinks are always made right and with absolutely love. Sarah and her team are doing phenomenal. Staff is super friendly and always on point with the best recommendations. Highly recommend the grande flat white with 3 shots of espresso, 1 pack honey, with espresso cold foam on top, it’s the best way to start your day. Thank you Sarah and team!

This Starbucks has the *best* staff! They’re all so friendly and welcoming, and they go out of their way to greet me by name whenever I come in. They’re really great about food safety practices to ensure my allergies won’t be an issue which I really appreciate. This location is always incredibly busy as it’s in a mall and next to a middle school. Despite the long lines, crowds, and cranky people they encounter on a daily basis, they’re always the same friendly bunch. I can’t say enough good things about this location and their manager is a true delight. :)
