Avoid at all cost and if you get specifically Max, ignore. Nose ring, wolf cut hair, pride flag on name tag (just in case there is more than 1 Max). Treated to the most horrific customer service.

Ordered a drink with skim milk and when it was finished it wasn't. Politley said that I asked for skim milk and got hit with a snarky “Skim?” like I was speaking another language. I clarified, and instead of a normal response, I got full-blown attitude saying that it didn't hear me. Then when my drink was done and I walked in to grab it, it literally pointed and whistled at me like I was a dog. No thanks. Learn some basic respect—this isn't a kennel and I'm not here to be treated like trash for ordering a coffee.

Asian looking female barista insisted I stand in line before giving me the washroom code. I explained to her that I will do so after using the washroom given that I'm a senior who suffers with diabetes and needs to use the washroom urgently. I was close to embarrassing myself. I did get a coffee after and the coffee was luke warm. Where are your standards Starbucks? Ive a customer for easily 25 yrs. Custom service needs an upgrade at this location.

I went here to get a coffee , I was unfamiliar with their sizing, so I asked what sizes their drinks come in. She looked at me as if I asked her bra size and said “ small medium large “ …….. why treat someone with such dirty looks towards a question you seem to not understand…. But enough to tell me the sizing of cups that don’t exist here at Starbucks. She should have said , tall, venti, grande. I’ve never felt more looked at and confuse on her reaction ( tone and facial expressions over a question about cup size.
I think she needs to learn her job better as I go there 2 times a year and know the sizing better than she does.

I don’t know her name. But she is a mid 20 women women with dark long ponytail, and she as a cashier in June 18th around 12:30.

Improve custoner service and engagement

I ordered in this store several.times.
The baristas need to improve their customer service they do not smile and.are not engaging. I shifted to mobile order so as not have any iinteraction with their baristas.To add to that the service is slow. I made a mobile order and noticed they forgot my order and my drink.was left unfinished untili I followed up it was iced cherry chai latte.
One time.the hot white mocha was too sweet ifelt like they forgot the espresso.
Had too many bad exp in this store and sadly customer exp is not nice .i normally visit 2 to 4 PM

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this particular Starbucks location. The service is painfully slow, even when there are only one or two other customers in the store. I order the same two drinks at every Starbucks: an Iced London Fog and an Iced Matcha. The one thing I am looking for is consistency, and this location fails to deliver it. The Iced London Fog was far too watery, and the Iced Matcha was gritty and poorly mixed. I do consider how busy a location can be, but even on its slow days, the drink quality here is not good. Compared to other Starbucks locations in Halifax, like the ones at Saint Mary’s University (SMU) and the Halifax Shopping Centre (HSC), the difference in quality is unacceptable. Those locations consistently prepare my drinks properly and much faster. I will be avoiding this location from now on.

got an order to go and the just put the breakfast sandwiches out I asked for a bag and the guy handed me the bag. Not to be a Karen but if I’m spending damn near 40$ for two drinks and two breakfast sandwiches you can put together and pack my order up like every other place in the world Tim’s would never do me like that

I ordered a refresher. There were 3 ppl for helping inside. One lady was just wandering around dancing and Vibing to the music for almost 22 minutes. One person was actually making all the drinks all alone. And the other one was refilling all their stations. This third lady I don't know why is she even at work. The person who was making drinks, They made my half drink and ran to the other one and started serving other drink without completing this. I waited waited and then someone else came up made my drink.
The other thing was I waited for 25mn for that refresher. And the lady who was dancing earlier she suddenly spilled a drink on the table and she started laughing. I don't know if she's actually here for work or just vibe. Very veryyy veryyyyy poor experience from Starbucks. I'm seeing this negligence for third time. Last time few weeks ago when I came in, That lady even forgot that she has to make a drink and just kept standing for 20mn. And then she asked me how can I help u and then I said I need my drink. And then she was like I'm sorry. Omg please work on ur staff. This is Insane.

Waited 20 minutes for my mobile order, when i finally asked they said someone probably stole it and said they would make it again but they weren’t happy about it, then they made it wrong which i didn’t realize until we walked out. Not impressed
