I was having a terrible day and dropped by to get my free bday drink. I didn’t have previous points collected which apparently prevents you from getting your bday reward but one of the baristas, named Kyle, gave me a free drink anyway. Kyle ur my g and u made my sad bday a bit better

I visited around 8pm on December 13 and ordered my coffee, but it tasted very strange and completely different from usual. It was an odd flavor—I couldn’t tell what was missing or what had gone wrong.
However, thanks to the thoughtful and attentive service of one men barista, I was able to enjoy a perfect cup of new coffee again. I don’t know his name, but I would really like to express my sincere thanks to him:)

Easy spot to go to but the store is a little chaotic and unorganized
Avoid at all cost and if you get specifically Max, ignore. Nose ring, wolf cut hair, pride flag on name tag (just in case there is more than 1 Max). Treated to the most horrific customer service.
Ordered a drink with skim milk and when it was finished it wasn't. Politley said that I asked for skim milk and got hit with a snarky “Skim?” like I was speaking another language. I clarified, and instead of a normal response, I got full-blown attitude saying that it didn't hear me. Then when my drink was done and I walked in to grab it, it literally pointed and whistled at me like I was a dog. No thanks. Learn some basic respect—this isn't a kennel and I'm not here to be treated like trash for ordering a coffee.
