Had an excellent experience here this morning. Visiting on business and was greeted by an enthusiastic staff which made my day great from the start. Special thanks to Anna for taking my drink order and Maddie for making an excellent drink! Recommend this place to all who venture Halifax and need a trusty, reliable Starbucks.

i am uber driver. They are very slow. Every driver has to wait 10-15 min for order their. They should hire more people to fasten their service.

Have been ordering from this place for a lot of times, however the most recent visit disgusted me because of the messed up drink and the rude service.
Ordered Strawberry Matcha Latte, have no idea what was going on with that lady who’s making my drink, she just kept making the wrong drinks for me again and again while the store was not busy at all, my friend and I kindly mentioned the problem to her, she gave us a weird look without saying sorry or anything, then she continued making others’ drinks. After giving me another weird glance, she finally started making my drink, unfortunately the drink she made is still not what I asked for, the Matcha powder got all clumped up, let alone all my other requests for this drink order being ignored. Tried the so-called Matcha Latte she gave to me, made me gag when I drank it, a complete waste of money and time, disgusting place and extremely rude service. I would give this place a zero if I could.

I am SO unbelievably disgusted. I ordered an iced pumpkin spice latte and my boyfriend and I both had a sip from it and we both threw up and gagged. It tasted like cleaning chemicals and I am so confused and disgusted.

Dietary restrictions: Great place for someone like me who's gluten free and dairy free, therefore willing to spend the extra couple of bucks to have a coffee we can trust is made to our liking. Everything is customizable, try the app or just ask in store. If you also might be a rabbit, try the lavender oat latte, it's my personal fave.

Shoutout to Sabrina and her co-worker . I went there after a rough day at work and forgot to order my usual with no whip but cf . Sabrina was really kind to take it off and too it off with cf with a brightest smile . Definitely a step towards making a moment right .
