We stopped here for drinks and a meal on a Saturday afternoon. Was greeted and shown to a table overlooking the harbour; atmosphere was lovely. Unfortunately, with the place only about 20% full and lots of servers not looking busy, no one came to take out order. After 15 minutes of non-service, we left a walked over to Lower Deck.

We were there last evening. Loved being outside with a great view of the harbour, live music , great staff and really good food! Thank you
Food was good for a hotel of that calibre I expect excellent service, our server was good but did not check on us to see if we needed anything else! Did not asked us if we wanted another drink. We had finger food which was very messy, we were not offered wet napkins to clean out fingers, we had to ask for them! Little details that make the difference specially with a hotel and chain of their calibre! We may come back, we may not!!

Good prices for happy hour but $15 for a sangria (vs $7 for a white wine), when all they add is a couple ounces of juice and an orange and lemon slice is a bit steep !
The food and service were excellent. We told the server we didn't have much time because we had to catch a plane. They were wonderful and brought the food out very quickly.
Food is great but they understaff their patio, therefore service is horrible. First and last time at this restaurant from a local Haligonian

They didn't have mix for strawberry daiquiri. We ordered a double margarita with no ice and it was 3 oz of liquid. Wasn't even a full glass for $17, Really? Do better!
Our waitress Xin was very attentive, informed, and friendly. The Club sandwich was tasty and a very generous portion. Cauliflower bites were absolutely delicious. Beautiful setting and the music was an unexpected bonus. We will definitely be back.
Restaurant is closed until December. We wandered around the outside checking all the doors. All locked up. A nearby place told us they were closed and might open in December for a bit. No idea if this is normal for them. We fortunately found a place to eat nearby.
Positive excellent location and atmosphere. Over looking the harbour can't be beat. Drinks were a good price $6 for a beer or whiskey and ginger!!! They had a great band playing the East Enders can't be beat!!!!
Food was expensive and not the greatest. We had club with salad. Sandwich was good however the salad was a small bowl of lettuce. Left a lot to be desired.
That being said I would definitely go back just for a drink and see the band again!!!!

Would have loved to have given a 5 star review as the good was absolutely amazing (best fish and chips I've ever had!) and loved the atmosphere but unfortunately the service was sub par. Over 30 minutes just to place the order and that was because we finally flagged down the waiter who told us he'd be"right with us" when we'd arrived.
