Today is my birthday i order two different subways for me and my family but they did mess. They didn't made those according to my request. This is the worst subway of my life. They spoil my day. If it is in my hand I will give them 0 star

Terrible service , I placed online order and crispy onion was clearly out of stock on their app but they had it in store , I asked the guy working there to add it as I could not on my app he said oh it’s extra 0.50 cents very rudely , I told him there is no charge on app , and then I asked oh maybe sub crunch then he said that’s extra charge as well I again mentioned there was no charge if it was showing available on app , he said I know we don’t work like that in person I never had this experience in subway like this so rude and not at all helpful . They should either change their app or train their employees well or please update your ingredients availability on your app so that customers don’t have deal with your employee’s attitude .

I ordered a sub and requested a toasted and grill on my online order. I don't know what part of it they dont understand. This is the second time that has happened. Worst service ever. If you can't serve what people want, then please don't be in service.

Online ordered at the Robie street location. Have ordered there multiple times. They had my entire order in shambles. Veggies and sauce on a sandwich its not supposed to be, charging for double meat but no double meat in sight. Ridiculous. Will not be returning.

Worst sub I ever had from a subway.....bread was hard and crusty....very scarce with toppings and when asked for shredded cheese it was just a few shreds....when asked for a little bit more...she charged me for extra cheese....will never return as there are subways everywhere

Employee working here doesn’t know how to use coupons when I gave one he said it will work on build my own and when I provided another one then he says it wont be on this ! He was confused. While giving training how to make subs also give some training to use coupons and how to talk to a customer. Atleast he should know what to explain. It was written clearly on the coupon and still HE WAS ARGUING THAT IT WONT WORK HERE ! ON THIS ORDER.
