Employee working here doesn’t know how to use coupons when I gave one he said it will work on build my own and when I provided another one then he says it wont be on this ! He was confused. While giving training how to make subs also give some training to use coupons and how to talk to a customer. Atleast he should know what to explain. It was written clearly on the coupon and still HE WAS ARGUING THAT IT WONT WORK HERE ! ON THIS ORDER.

Not only is a 6 inch basic turkey sandwich nine frigging dollars - Just the sandwich no combo - but the staff now refused to put any amount of vegetables and when you ask for extra, they put three tiny little pieces. It’s the thinnest layer of veggies I’ve ever seen. There used to be a time when a Subway sandwich was full of vegetables and you would be full and happy after eating a 6 inch. When I opened it, it was the size of my hand, and I felt like I was eating a toddlers meal. In three bites, it is gone.
I shouldn’t have to beg for a piece of frigging green pepper. I should be able to eat my nine dollar sandwich and feel like I ate more than a sample size from Costco . I’m never giving Subway my money ever again. It’s not worth it at all anymore. Just close the store , It smells like mouse pee anyway. And on what planet does a A sandwich shop decide mustard is no longer a necessary condiment. Why would you get rid of mustard? Jaysus

I asked the guy to put a little bit more lettuce & tomatoes and he says he cannot do that because only limited that he can put on the sub. I only want 3 types of veg. I will never go back to Robie be street sub anymore.

We were served by Nona, who according to her attire was still in training. The restaurant was surprisingly busy but she was able to handle it all on her own. My wife and I agreed that they were two of the best sandwiches we’ve ever gotten from subway and Nona made that experience possible.

Customer service is very poor and are rude to customers. I bought my food and wanted to use washroom to wash my hands but they locked the doors to the washroom and said that I’m only allowed to use washroom if my total bill is above $50. This is so wrong.
