I went to the store to pick up the food I had ordered earlier. I arrived at the scheduled pickup time and stood at the counter waiting. I called out to a lady named Rachael, but she did not respond. She seemed to ignore me and showed a very rude attitude.
I waited for quite a while. When another employee came, I asked him why she was not responding even though I had been standing there for a long time. He told me that she has a hearing problem, which I understand. However, she could clearly see me waiting at the counter and still ignored me.
Meanwhile, the other employee gave me my order. I was disappointed by the poor customer service and rude behavior and i would suggest that if people don’t know how to work at front counter don’t hire them firstly teach them to work at front.

That lady working there on feb 12 at 3:30PM has some kind of attitude problem I guess. I can understand place was busy, she was working all alone but something was wrong. I am regular never had any complaints from other workers (one gentleman who has so many stars on his cap & other guy with specs).

Showed up here prior to a thunderbirds game. Waited for almost ten minutes for a worker to come out and serve us. Bread oven alarms going off along with me yelling hello with no answer. Finally the worker walks out phone in hand. She asks if we were waiting long I said ten minutes and she said she served a person three minutes ago lol. To add to this the toppings were very light.

I had a great experience at this Subway restaurant. The server named Inder was very friendly, polite, and helpful. She made my sandwich exactly the way I wanted and worked quickly while keeping a positive attitude. The restaurant was clean and the service was excellent. Because of her great customer service, I will definitely come back again.

I walked in on a Sunday evening not realizing it was closing time…. The girl working at the time was super nice and essentially reopened the restaurant to make me a sandwich!!! I couldn’t be more thankful and happy with the service I received.

My order online got messed up and my sandwich didnt get made but when I asked Ritchie (the manger) about it he made sure I got my sandwich. All the employees were so kind and my sandwich was so good. If you want to experience love and joy go to this subway.
Pretty typical subway. Costs a lot, hard to understand and dense employees, soggy veggies, tasteless meat. Generally a poor experience, eat anywhere else.

I just went to subway and they automatically added a tip of 20% to my order. Which is unheard of! and then I ate my very HARD sandwich! not impressed

I find most subways are all barely giving you any veggies for your sub or wrap, last time i had a wrap my wrap was mostly wrap because they gave me barely any veggies
