When you order a foot long steak sub and you get more lettuce and bun then steak. Staff were more concerned about making their own break sandwich.

Last night I had the most disgusting Subway Sandwich in 10 years. The first time was at the same Subway Shop & the same employee made it 10 years ago & last night. Plus they have no wifi.

I’ve only gone to this location a few times but I’ve had a particularly bad experience with staff a few months ago.

I was placing a mobile order and going to pick it up as I approached the counter and asked the staff about my order. I accidentally stumbled over my speech and the teenager working mocked me and giggled about it before grabbing my order.

Very awkward and unprofessional, makes me not want to go this location again. Subway is also painfully expensive these days.

Too many botched orders. Too expensive. I haven't gone to Subway in awhile but the current BOGO offer brought me in long enough to reaffirm my decision. Don't order online. Go in and watch them make it or they'll skip the meat.

I haven't been to subway for a while. I must have forgotten why. I walked in with $20 to get a footlong and a small drink. Wasn't enough money. So I left with the footlong only. Over $20 for a sub and their smallest drink. Im sad to say my relationship with subway is finally over. Good luck in your endeavors Subway.

I was just corrected on my erroneous perception that this sandwich was not toasted -as I ordered. I was educated (heavily) on how it WAS in fact, “toasted,” and that I just need to accept that “this is what toasted is” at Subway. I was offered that if I couldn’t accept reality, they WOULD agree to remake it for me “extra toasted” (even though it’s ALREADY TOASTED.) ??? he actually pointed to an orange dot on the bread and said “seeeeee?? It’s toasted.” I said “that’s hot sauce.” He replied “no- it’s a light toast.” Wow. Frustrating, crazy making, ZERO stars. And no- I didn’t give them a chance to make it right. In fact I will no longer be buying any of my work lunches from there. ??

The worst experience i had at a subway. The guy named joe was a racist. I hope i could complain about him to the management. he also kept making weird faces as well.

Order sub and was not at all according to order added most of the stuff which was not asked for and person at store was so in rush and messed up whole sub. You can literally see the cheese not melted.
