This Subway is just bad. I go here semi-regularly, and unfortunately will continue to because it’s the most convenient Subway for me to go to during my lunch breaks, but it sucks. Their ingredients always taste like they’re on the brink of expiry, the bread is always dry & hard, the pop from the machine is flat & watery, and they almost never get my very simple order correct.

I’m done with Kempt Rd Subway. The bread is always hard on the ends, as in too dry & crumbly to eat, lettuce close to expiry & very skimpy portions. This location used to be great but I won’t be going back.

I just ordered a sub today 5,30 pm, kempt rd location, very unsatisfied with service and product, the cook a Asian young cook with an attitude, vegetables green peppers, and tomatoes were very
soggy the green peppers spoiled, I have him take it out and replace it with fresh ones,how he can do that,unbelievable and sad,I should have asked him ,if he was willing to eat my sub .sorry for this review but people paying money for their food nothing comes for free.I can't give that to animals let alone human beings.

I got a footlong sub and I asked the employee to cut it into the half and she said no and she was really rude and asked for veggie patty and cheese and she said we do not carry it in store go to another one

18 bucks for five chicken strips, some bread and a handful of olives, workers are really skimping out today. I even asked for lettuce too. They even asked for a tip ?

Gave them a couple chances, but both times they left 3-4 items out of the order, or gave the wrong item. Check your bags if you order on the app, Subway won't give you any refund if you can't physically go back to the

If you like your sandwich artist to speak to each other in Tagalog in front of you while you wait for your sandwich and then confront you about making a review on the subway app a week ago because they were busy outback having a conversation while I stood there for 5 minutes and that review was uncalled for according to a staff member and subway is “different” than other businesses that have front line workers. It’s ok to be outback to prep.This is one customer that won’t be going back to that location or the others they staff cycle through in metro, so they can stay out back and ramble on some more and prep.
