Michelle you have to learn how to work with the customers….you are so rude no smile on the face….and no cleanliness in the store….this is so unhygienic…..i do somehow agree to the online order part that is the reason i did not mention it in the review…..but online order does not mean that you do not treat the customer with respect and kindness…all i say is that please maintain your hygiene at the work and also…i asked you for the different packaging for both the orders to differentiate and you ignored that as well….that was not included in the online order placed or menu…….so you better learn the customer service and know that subway has a good name that should not be downgraded with this low standard service provided

I visited this place on November 5th. I bought a sandwich and even left a tip for the staff. However, the lady at the counter charged me twice for the same item, and I didn’t even notice until later. This is absolutely unacceptable and completely dishonest.
They charged me $16.16 twice, which is clearly a malicious double charge. Such behavior is outrageous and shows extremely poor service. I am extremely disappointed and upset — this lady should not be working in customer service.

The employees never change their gloves. They have no idea what hygiene is. They will use the same gloves for the 4 orders before yours while touching the wash cloth in between, the cash register, greasy meat. Like come on , that is disgusting. Change your gloves! Very dirty staff

Warning!!! It’s important to check the review before get into any restaurant. Their food makes me feel sick and went to washroom so often( diarrhea twice in a few hours). Stomach suddenly wake me up at 6am in the early morning from a deep sleep!!!
I ordered the 12 inch foot long cold cut sandwich and a bottle of water. I definitely start feel something bad after I have had it in couple hours. I never have had this issue before in Argyle street branch. So I assume there’s a serious food safety problem in this place.
Never ever gonna step in again and will let my other friends to be aware of this. Please don’t waste your money on this shop, not worth at all. Also, I do looking for a solution from this store.
