I don't normally review fast food chains, but the staff here impressed me so much that I just had to. They are so fast, efficient, and manage to be so friendly during a busy lunch rush. It's clear they work very, very hard to deliver the best results for customers. They also clearly communicate well between eachother to keep this location such a well-oiled machine. Truly impressive :)

I’ve been a regular for several years now and I must say that this has been my favourite restaurant since my first visit. The customer service has always been great, everyone has been friendly and provided me excellent service. My subs have always been delicious with fresh bread and veggies. I highly recommend them! Subway in general is good, lots of options for your subs and they taste good. However it is a little pricy and I'm not happy about a few menu changes the company made. Aside from that, I just anted to make this review to the great staff at this particular subway location at Scotia Square! They are friendly and helpful, they always make sure my points on the Subway app worked. Of every Subway location in the city, this location has the best staff so I just wanted to point that out.

I have ordered for three times from them by uber. Every time they sent me a sandwich with stale bread, no fresh veggies, bread were used, with very little sauces and veggies inside…giving no taste at all, as compared to other locations of subway. At least use fresh breads please. It’s very easy for a customer to notice the difference between a fresh or a stale bread.
Please do not order from them. I don’t know about dine in or take out…but i will definitely not prefer ordering from your location specifically. I’ve order from your location three times at least, hoping to get a fresh bread or veggies every next time, and got nothing but a disappointment.
I used to love subway a lot, but will not prefer to get delivery from your location. Never Ever! You guys disappointed me three times. You’ve lost my trust in you now.
