I had an extremely frustrating experience at Subway recently. Not only did they mess up my order, but the staff, particularly the young guy who prepared my sandwich, was incredibly disrespectful. He made rude faces while I was ordering and seemed disinterested in getting it right. When I finally got my sandwich, it was a total disaster—more like a soup with some veggies rather than a proper sandwich. I couldn’t even eat it and had to throw it out. The worst part was that the guy who prepared my order was a trainee, but it’s hard to understand how such unprofessional behavior is allowed. Overall, this visit was a huge disappointment, and I won’t be returning anytime soon.

Bad service and bad staff . They serve and prepare food like they are giving it to wild animals.They are making customer fool by charging extra . And they don't give receipt after doing fraud. Not good for subway goodwill. It is recommended to check their staff. Unless the company went into loss.

Subway is subway no matter where you go. However it should be noted they don't accept 50 dollar bills at their spryfield location. I guess they figure everyone in spryfield carries counterfeit money with them. Because of this I never tip them and oneday I might get 2 footlongs, and when I try to pay with a fifty and they say sorry we don't accept fifties I'll say sorry this is all I have with me I guess you'll have to throw out my subs, and walk out.

I have been visiting multiple times here and i haven't get disappointment.Staff are friendly, polite and they really know how to make a sub. They evenly distribute the veggies on the sub which make sub more delicious. I am really appreciating staff's customer service. they all are amazing .This is the best subway store with great customer service and food quality and quantity in compares to other stores.very satisfying ? experience!Thanks to All staff members.??
