Management & ownership at this location is horrible. Depending on one excellent employee to handle baking, sandwiches, cash, online orders, chopping veggies, etc. is insane. Not to mention you barely pay above minimum wage. The employee is fantastic and always delivers exceptional service with a smile.

I went to the store day before yesterday, with my family and the dine in was clean and the environment is healthy and positive and even the staff was friendly too . Make my day with sub it was amazing, probably I will visit back soon.

Was there about 10-15 minutes ago to get breakfast, stood in the store for 10 minutes before a worker came out and acknowledged me but had airpods in . She did not toast my food long enough when i got home my sausage patties and eggs were still cold had to microwave them and my bread didnt taste like it was toasted at all. I normally don’t have any issues at this subway however theres always the first. I used to work at subway so i understand the mornings you are busy prepping the veggies and bread and getting the stations set up but still my food should not have been as cold as it was. Definitely disappointed in my experience today. She also did not wash her hands before putting gloves on after coming from outback

I ordered for delivery i didn't got half of the items, but delivery driver was so nice he went back to bring the rest of the items but again they forgot to send 3 items which i paid for. I complained with their store number and external id, no call from management no apology nothing. Worst subway i have ever ordered from. Hopeless service

I really like the atmosphere and the service they provided to me. I visited this week on Monday and even i dine in this restaurant earlier as well but now i found the girl working at time is really nice and friendly to everyone.

I just ordered 6 inch veggie delite sub and there is barley some veggies. It’s look like i am just eating bun with no veggies. Worth service ever. Spent more than 10$ and get nothing.😡😡 i have seen so many people have given a one star review and the owner responded to them and just explaining themselves but not try to improve and not even accepting their mistakes. Avoid going to this place.

I agree with the previous reviews about one employee juggling between the online and in person orders. I went on a few occasions, all Wednesday’s, as I have to take my kids to the playground. Every single time, I had to wait at least 15 minutes before I was asked what I want. I regretted waiting for that long to be honest. One other employee would have been better even if you have slower days. You can’t bank on slower days and place only one employee to do everything. Food was good.

Went to subway, wanted meat ball sub. They have no meatballs. Asked the young lady what time it was 9:06 CLOSE AT 10...Piseed off. Never going back again and I mean ever

This was, without a doubt, the worst experience I have ever had at a Subway. The Kearney Lake location should be ashamed of how they treat their customers. I stood in line for 20 minutes, watching a single overworked employee struggle to keep up with both in-person orders and online orders. It’s absolutely outrageous that the owners would leave one person to handle everything—talk about mismanagement! It’s as if they don’t care at all about customer service or even basic efficiency. I’ve never felt so undervalued as a customer, and I will never set foot in this location again. If this is how they run their restaurant, they deserve to lose business. Avoid this place at all costs.

Please thank the two lovely girls who were working at 4 PM on Sunday, June 23rd.
Right off the bat, proper handwashing, changing gloves, and all the common sense things at a restaurant, such as proper hygiene and practices, were followed.
I went to the Subway in Bedford at the Sobey’s plaza, and it was awful. That’s where I went every week, and what I saw was terrible. When I reached out to the owner, he said it’s a lot better than them coming out back and using their bare hands. I was a bit thrown off because if that’s how you want to run your restaurant at that standard, I don’t want to contribute any business to it.
Secondly, the attitude of your staff is incredible and makes all the difference. Please thank your staff; I am very impressed.
