I’ve had some not-so-great experiences at the Subway store. Even if you order online through the app, the food is always cold and gone when it arrives. I’ve even tried contacting the manager, but she seemed to know about the issue and didn’t offer any solutions. I usually don’t give negative feedback, but if this keeps happening, I’ll have to warn others to stay away from this particular store. It’s not worth the time and effort if you’re looking for a good meal.

Very bad customer service. Didn’t know how to deal with the customers. Server who served me was so rude for no reason. I requested him to put two subs into separate packets, he made rude face and weird gestures. I saw him clearly. Unsatisfied with the visit.

I do not normally complain, normally I like to post positive reviews, because everyone makes mistakes.
However, when it’s been every-time I order it’s a training issue & attention to detail. I have reached out to Subway.
Last month I had placed an order on Skip The Dishes, we do not drive to this app is a godsend with our busy schedules. I asked for Cold Cut, Chicken Teriyaki, and Rotisserie Chicken, they gave us two Cold Cuts one was dressed to what my spouse wanted, there other Cold Cut that was suppose to be Chicken Teriyaki (I do not like ham) was dressed like what I asked but wrong meat & my son is Autistic & is Sensitive to sauces, there was sauce on his sub which was Rotisserie Chicken, thank god Skip is great and refunded our subs, but they where thrown out.
Then today, June 15th, I asked for the same subs, I asked for my Chicken Teriyaki to be toasted, shredded cheese either was done, no cheese, missing veggies. The Rotisserie. Chicken was dressed how my Chicken Teriyaki was suppose to be, and I asked for bacon on the Rotisserie Chicken which it did have, so explain to me, how it had everything on one sub made it to another that had less veggies, no sauce but the meat was correct?
Had it been an isolated incident I would not be complaining,
In my opinion staff need better training, and need to pay more attention to detail, it’s very frustrating. Yes, am taking a gamble by not being there, but when you use Skip you pay extra for delivery service, you would think the employee would pay that extra attention.
I will never spend a dime at this location ever again. Unless there is improvement.

Older lady that works here is rude. She doesn’t add the correct amount of meat to sub. When questioned how many slices she put on sub she didn’t know. I had to tell her the correct amount is 12. She only put 9. Pretty sure she’s the manager. Doesn't like being questioned because she has a bad attitude. No friendly greeting just a “ what you want?” . Employees also don’t change gloves. You’d think they’d try to improve, owner must not read the reviews nor care.
i was just here and the food was definently not fresh and i had coupon that i used this morning and worked i used the same thing but different coupon and it didnt work. dont recomend this pplace ever

Ordered a sub off of Uber it came from this location. It absolutely was not built to what I ordered. My name is correct on the bag so the Uber driver did his job. I ordered a meatball sub, now when the sub is called meatballer, that's a big hint that there should be balls of meat on the sub.

Rude closing staff that guys with tattoos so rude both of them.As per subway policy they are not washing hands and making sandwiches.Never visit again

Worst experience ever at this location of subway, two closing guys are so rude that when you ask even simple task of double toast bread, they make weird face and disrespects customers. In addition, they do not follow the order details for sub and put all the stuff they want other than what mention on the sub by customer. Not going again to this location. They don't have name tag on them and on asking for name for complaining they start saying cuss words and disrespecting. I hope store owner take action.

"Attention all Subway customers, beware! If you're looking for incompetence, disrespect, and the epitome of terrible customer service, look no further than this particular Subway location. I walked in to pick up my mobile order four footlong subs, only to be told they were out of veggie patties and not on outage from their menus online—unacceptable for a place that prides itself on customization and variety.To add insult to injury, the closing crew, who seem to have made rudeness their trademark, couldn't even manage a simple refund properly. They had the audacity to tell me there was 'no way' to refund my money, leaving me out of pocket for their inability to provide what I ordered.As if that wasn't enough, when I rightfully asked for their names to report their appalling behavior, they had the nerve to tell me to 'shut up' and even threatened me physically when I persisted. This is not just a one-time incident; it's a pattern of disrespect and incompetence that runs deep within this Subway franchise.Despite lodging a complaint with Subway headquarters a week ago, the management seems to be turning a blind eye to the toxic environment they've allowed to fester in their store. It's abundantly clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for this establishment.Save yourself the headache and steer clear of this Subway location. Unless you enjoy being treated like dirt and having your orders botched, this is not the place for you. Subway, it's high time you clean house and rid yourselves of these disrespectful employees before they tarnish your brand any further. Shame on you for allowing such abhorrent behavior to continue unchecked. Zero stars if I could!"
