the server is not really that good the person that gave me my food didn’t give me a bag he put the food that fell on the counter back in the food never coming back
I frequent this location on my lunch breaks.
Today I went and waited my turn in line, as it was busy.
When it was my turn I was informed she would assist the teen boys behind me first, Who has just arrived in the line up.
I was a bit taken aback and said asked 'sorry?' Because why?
She repeated it firmly, so I thanked her and walked out and went somewhere else.
Very disappointing customer service.
Food was good but there was a hair in my sandwich. Customer service is terrible, tables are dirty. She slammed my drink cup on the counter and rolled her eyes at me
Workers aren’t nice at all and they now charge you if you want extra sauce and crispy onions. Never heard of that before. Overall the worst subway I’ve ever been to.

Some people said they were Chinese,No! They are all Filipinos and they’re all racist. There’s NO customer service at this place. They always staring at me. Even there’s no customer at all, I was waiting there for about 10 minutes to be served. They were staring at me with angry eyes when I just grabbed the napkins. I could hear their laugh at the back. I had to repeat multiple times to tell them my order and they seemed like they couldn’t hear me or I was dumb. Then I figured out most of the employees are super short, I mean they are really short. When they stand behind the glass, it might be hard for them to hear. However, they were super friendly with my husband, who is white. We went several times there because we were close by. It’s the worst subway in halifax. Most of my Filipino friends believe in God, but not for these workers. They made the God shame on them!
the employee was so rude that i would never come to this subway ever. Her name was Beneth something and she was so egoistic and wasn't replying to my request. I would never visit this place again because the food was made with such low effort!
Won’t t recommend anyone to eat at this location staff is very rude with 0 customer service skills the preparation is so bad these guys dont even know how to make sandwich avoid this location at all costs you will surely regret if you get food from here
Worst worst worst customer service
Called them on store number.JAMIE and CHARLES where on shift they answered the call and said store will be closed in 5-7 mins.we reached there in 1-2 min still they didn’t took our order.Worst worst service.
When we went inside they didn’t took our order and they took one customer order who came after us.
Only 2 staff were on. I was the only customer, I waited 10 minutes to be served. The dining area was so dirty, there wasn't one table clean enough to sit at. No staff seemed to care or even look at the mess. I took photos because it was THAT bad!
Depending on who makes your sub...you may get alot of meat or just a little...it's never consistent.
What is consistent...getting diarrhea from these subs! 🤢

Staff is rude and speak their language behind customers backs. Old rotten veggies are saved for in store customers and the fresh veggies only go to uber eats. Staff never change gloves.
Poor food handling. Stomach feels bad every time I get a sandwich from any subway that’s manned by p noys. I don’t know if it’s how they handle the veggies or meats. But I cannot eat at subways anymore. Upset stomach EVERY time.
This store. Titus street. Kempt road. The guy at kempt road came out of the back room, who knows what he was doing in there, put on some gloves and proceeded to make my sandwich with his black fingernails that he was coloring with a pen because he said it wasn’t busy and he was bored.
I went in the evening on 7 Th jan around 9. There were two Chinese working in store . Their attitude was racist big time to us indians and her tone of voice immediately changed when a white boy walked in . She asked us to be in line when there was no one literally in the store. I dont need no funny business when i am at subway.
I did online order takeout, sandwich not made as described, missing half the ingredients and has ones I did not ask for. Inattentive and uninterested staff.
Food is really good but their customer service sucks. I order a mobile and requested for my sub grilled but instead Joanne said I will follow what’s in the order. I couldn’t add it the order that’s why am asking. Is it that hard to grill the sandwich if we request while placing mobile order. As soon as I placed the order I requested for grill so wouldn’t be much trouble later.
JOANNE was very rude and unwelcoming. It was just simple request.
Out sandwiches were also messed up when we got home both of them were made wrong.
