Ordered a Subway last night online for pickup at 9:40PM for dinner and didnt expect will be getting the worst Sub of my life. I am vegetarian so only option is Veggie delight so I had all veggies in my order except Banana peppers and pickles but when I reached home and opened my Sub found my sub didnt had no Olives, no tomatoes, no Jalapeños and most importantly had no Sauces at all. Had requested Sweet Onion, Garlic and Piri piri sauce in my order but received Zero Sauces. The sub tasted blend and shitty and had to add sauces from my fridge whatever I had to make it edible thats how bad it was. Maybe this is my fault, everytime I order from this subway I put an upfront tip and subway received is bulky and tasty but yesterday I thought I will give a cash tip when I go for pickup but when I picked up the Sub it felt like a feather in my hand. A foot long sub so light, so I decided not to give cash tip if I don't receive good food and service from the filipino guys working there. Will never be visiting again at this location until they have same people making Sub.

Warning! A sharp knife was embedded in the bottom of my sub. Extremely dangerous. I'm just glad I didnt get cut. This happened Friday July 11th around 8pm

Very bad experience with the staff. They treat customers only based on their race n skin colour. The lady at the counter was super friendly with the customer in front of me but behaved really bad with rolling eyes and awkward expressions towards me. Felt like I was begging something from them.

I came to this Subway around 7 PM on July 14, and the experience was terrible. The girl working there (she looked Filipino and wasn’t wearing a name tag, so I’m not sure of her name) was extremely rude. I asked her to rip the bread — something I always request — and she instantly had an attitude. The bread was already broken, so I asked her to change it, and instead of helping, she started arguing with me.
I also asked for just one line of peri peri sauce before grilling, but she added way too much and completely ignored what I said. The sandwich was overloaded with sauce and had no flavor. I ended up throwing it away — that’s how bad it was.
The store wasn’t even busy, so there was no reason for such poor service. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience here, but this was definitely the worst. Very disappointed.

Today i visited this store around 12:40PM and i ordered for sandwich. After payment i asked for cup of water to assistant manager(Vinod), he replied that we do not have a cup and he provided the cup to other customer who was next to next after me. I dont understand why this manager(vinod) decline to give a cup of water? I am very very disappointed. I request the owner of this store to ask my question to vinod.

I frequent this location on my lunch breaks.
Today I went and waited my turn in line, as it was busy. When it was my turn I was informed she would assist the teen boys behind me first, Who has just arrived in the line up.
I was a bit taken aback and said asked 'sorry?' Because why?
She repeated it firmly, so I thanked her and walked out and went somewhere else.
Very disappointing customer service.

Food was good but there was a hair in my sandwich. Customer service is terrible, tables are dirty. She slammed my drink cup on the counter and rolled her eyes at me
Workers aren’t nice at all and they now charge you if you want extra sauce and crispy onions. Never heard of that before. Overall the worst subway I’ve ever been to.

Some people said they were Chinese,No! They are all Filipinos and they’re all racist. There’s NO customer service at this place. They always staring at me. Even there’s no customer at all, I was waiting there for about 10 minutes to be served. They were staring at me with angry eyes when I just grabbed the napkins. I could hear their laugh at the back. I had to repeat multiple times to tell them my order and they seemed like they couldn’t hear me or I was dumb. Then I figured out most of the employees are super short, I mean they are really short. When they stand behind the glass, it might be hard for them to hear. However, they were super friendly with my husband, who is white. We went several times there because we were close by. It’s the worst subway in halifax. Most of my Filipino friends believe in God, but not for these workers. They made the God shame on them!

Won’t t recommend anyone to eat at this location staff is very rude with 0 customer service skills the preparation is so bad these guys dont even know how to make sandwich avoid this location at all costs you will surely regret if you get food from here
