there seems to be at least 5 people working at any given time yet service is so so slow. they are extremely stingy with the toppings and don’t really listen to your order so sometimes you end up with random things you didn’t ask for. makes a hangry girl even more hangry?

I’m not someone that’s particular at all about the service, I’m okay with anything, but good lord there has to be a limit. This morning, starving, I went there and waited in queue for a solid half hour, finally requested my order, and then I get to the sauce and veggies section. I ask the guy if he has mayo and without a second thought he sprays my food with hot sauce, wraps it and calls it a day. And on top of that, he didn’t even properly wrap it, because the minute I pulled the wrap out all the insides fell on to the floor. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE service, do NOT go there

this is the worst subway ever ;(everytime i come here the wait is over 40 minutes. They never have anything refilled and are always missing pretty much every item of food they’re supposed to have. we can see the workers in the back standing there doing nothing and all they do is talk to eachother instead of the costumers. i watch the workers close my sub and put their entire body weight on it so it becomes flat like pancake. waste of time and money save yourself and just get something else ??

Don't mind the haters. It's great that there's a Subway at Dal. It's about the same as any other Subway, it's just busy because there aren't that many food options on campus.

Staff are awful, ignorant, and too busy making conversation to listen to customers. Slow - 20 minutes in line is ridiculous. This location is the worst and one to which I would never return.
Except for the extremely long lines sometimes( which are to be expected), this is a pretty good subway. Been here a couple of times and never had any issues, staff is mostly friendly and manager also tries to help, in case of problems.

35 minute wait to be told they only have whole wheat bread-only two available veggies for a veggie delight (lettuce and spinach) no cheese. The worker tried to convince me to still purchase the sorry excuse for a sub - the staff seems angry when I declined, no clue how they are open.

Yummy, fresh and good service
